Extremely Disappointing

We attended the Rugby World Cup final on the 28th Oct 2023 The location and standard of the hotel plus the category 4 tickets were not what we expected Given the amount we paid for the package what we got was bitterly disappointing

RTlI s response to flight cancellations

RTI s response to flight cancellations due to flooding in Dubai while not of their making was wholly inadequate unprofessional unhelpful and unacceptable We booked with them as they were to provide assistance if anything untoward happened They left us in Dublin airport to find accomodation in Dublin at 9pm with no assistance the reps response being I don t know where I m sleeping myself We had to rebook return flights through Amsterdam as we were told we couldn t come back on the RTI Emirates flight if and when it was rearranged nor could they guarantee if we waited that we would get to SA in time for the match I left Tipperary at midday on Wed 17 April arrived in Pretoria at 2 30 am on Sat 20th at an additional cost of 1 275 35 RTI have paid 60 euro to cover both the loss of time and events they didn t provide and additional costs incurred We did not let all the hassle lack of assistance info etc spoil our trip and Gemma in Dublin was a notable exception very helpful on our return I would be very slow to travel with this company in the future and could not recommend it

The tour locations and experiences on offer made for a fantastic trip The staff were extremely organised approachable and friendly Would highly recommend to anyone considering an organised rugby tour in particular if travelling to an unfamiliar country

Summer Tests in South Africa

A well organised trip to South Africa Great staff Great accomodation food and craic Donal was a great ambassador and what a day for the 2nd test in Durban
