There is no cases for the Arts only blogs sales cover letters etc I paid for Rytr because it has the option for custom use-cases This feature supposedly will learn your use and build a custom case for your needs But it doesn t tell you how long it takes to generate this case It says Sit back and take a break while we build your case That was 15 hours ago and it still says Case-pending I am under a deadline so it s useless I stupidly paid for a year subscription yesterday and there is so refund I recommend only paying for a month before you decide to use Rytr premium Customer service is non-existent you only get an AI generated response that gives a link to the directions There is no information of the time it takes to generate a custom case I should add that I used Rytr to improve this review and it completely rewrote it to a very positive review

I subscribed to the Savor plan for a year to enhance my vocabulary for my hobby of novel writing However I decided to cancel the plan in June last year due to changes in features that no longer met my need for improved vocabulary and expressions In my attempt to explore the possibility of obtaining a partial refund for the remaining duration of my annual subscription I discovered that such an option is unavailable As a precaution I made sure to cancel the upcoming annual plan to avoid any future charges Since then I ve refrained from visiting the Rytr website Despite canceling and clearly opting out of any further renewals I was surprised to discover today that I ve been billed for another year s subscription The interface has only one button to avoid recurring subscriptions and I m puzzled as to why it was reactivated This situation feels misleading almost as if they are attempting to deceive customers Upon receiving the bill on 1 18 2024 the previous annual plan s renewal date I promptly sent a refund request email to Rytr support I am eager to see how responsive they are to addressing this issue and it s concerning that it seems the only available means of communication is through this single email address

I tried to contact them multiple times But there was no response My affiliate earnings are not paid I contacted them by email and chat but no response They never respond It s a fraud company If I get paid I will update this review Thank You

Despite having premium I couldn t get support I waited for help via chat for 12 hours I emailed support with no response for over 5 days and was billed for renewal despite cancelling They got paid in full refused a dispute credit but switched the account to the free level keeping the full amount They had the gall to ask me to accept reinstatement for the remainder of the time left not providing a full year of service within the service timeframe I wish I could provide snapshots so you can be the judge I paid a whole year for a premium product that was not fulfilled---if this happens to you it may be in your best interest to report them to the FTC I am sure they will try to argue this but I have proof of lack of service and not delivering as promised I will update this review if they do what s right so the public is informed As for the product it has some good features but is very clunky and hard to use Designed more for British English although they rebuttal on this point it does not understand American English phrases or spelling as well as another product The second worst out of testing 5 other brands products

This is so ridiculous rytr is not letting me do anything it is just keep telling me hello Slow down You are generating too fast the AI might get confused i have been waiting for 10 minutes and still unble to use my subscription

Not that many choices on templates that I can choose Besides there are restrictions on topic that you write In addition what they say on the refund policy is totally different than what they say on the chats I just cancelled my subscription - lucky I have only subscribed for a month

I absolutely do not recommend Rytr My account was hacked due to their lack of security The site is always buggy and there is no response when we contact them

Horrible customer service I wrote to cancel literally minutes after I was charged for another year s subscription I have never experienced a company withhold a refund if I am writing within a reasonable timeframe of an autorenew

WARNING I m promoting rytr as an affiliate and made a few hundred dollars via referrals Some of my referrals still have an active subscription But I ve never received even a single penny from this service I also contacted their support about my affiliate commission and the team member named Kriti asked me if my Wise account is ready to receive the funds and I replied to her yes the account is working fine After that I never heard a single word from her Be cautious when dealing with this company

It is as good as you might expect from any paid Ai writer out there Rytr actually incentivizes people to write good reviews on Trustpilot for rewards hence the good reviews you see It is a good marketing strategy but a horrible thing to do morally As for plagarism I d say put anything generated by their AI in a grey area it s original according to them until it s not anymore and you get hit with a dmca
