Great savings and great customer service

We found a sofa from G-plan in S2 Sofa s identical to what we were going to order and even though we live in Cornwall and so had to pay for a private courier we still save 1400 a sales person called Malcolm gave us a video call to show us the sofa and ensured it was really safely wrapped for transport It arrived as promised and we are very pleased - the sofa was a returned order and so it s brand new and defect free

Great Savings and Faultless Customer Service

I discovered S2Sofas on Ebay and after much deliberation decided to purchase a GPlan Recliner Sofa from them despite being nearly 200 miles away It was a returned order so brand spanking new and totally defect-free at a fraction of the original price The whole process was faultless and I can not rate this Company highly enough They are simply FIRST CLASS with absolute superb customer service from start to finish Malcolm was lovely - patiently answering my queries and arranging prompt delivery much sooner than anticipated by two extremely charming courteous and helpful young men Sam and Ben All in all the best possible experience - I am delighted with my purchase and am now asking myself why did I wait so long THANK YOU guys - I will certainly use you again

Faultless experience buying a sofa from S2 Sofas from start to finish We knew we wanted a Padstow 3 seater from John Lewis and were going to order but by sheer good luck found this company online who had one in stock All our queries were answered promptly and I confidently placed the order So lucky too they had room on their lorry and we had next day delivery even though we re around 250 miles away Saved ourselves a huge chunk of money and a 12 week wait from JL The sofa is perfect Huge thanks to Sam and Ben our delivery drivers who were charming and professional Wouldn t hesitate to recommend S2 Sofas to anyone

Highly recommend brilliant company

Great store left us to our own devices to look around the store without pestering but equally were very helpful to answer our questions We were left in a rubbish position due to another sofa company and were desperate for a sofa quickly We ordered the sofa at 2pm and it was in our house by 3pm the same day The delivery guys Sam and Ben were very polite took their shoes off on delivery and put the sofas where requested We couldn t be happier Cannot thank you all enough highly recommend for anyone looking for a new sofa
