Rude ppl running this company I paid plus 1300 for a 3 seater sofa on the 9th of September but shortly after my purchase delivery date which was 20th of September i left for the turkey for surgeries Once i bk and get a chance to stay home for recovery i have a proper look on the sofa and I doubt it will be a full real leather So I decided to open a case with PayPal which mean seller and buyer have days to communicate under PayPal messages and provide evidence on what they have to say to settle the claim But shortly after my claim I started receiving random calls on my phone when I asked who are u He replied u will never know who I m On the 22nd of November I googled the number and see the number linked into the s2 Sofas company I reported that to PayPal Today on 28th November I received call from same number who was shouting and arguing with me saying I had claim the money back because I struggling for Christmas and the fact I shouldn t bought sofa if I can t afford it and so He harassed me even by mentioning he knows my address and so Which we ll I reported all the matter to police today Regards to sofa I will get a professional to come and examine it to see if it s what I read in advert He said on the call that I have no way to know if sofa is real leather or not Well I just want to warn u from unprofessional rude customer service plus the risk of getting ur address out on their hand tooI ve uploaded a screenshot of the texts and my order receipt And your out of hours customer services number 447771770789 on my Google review There is no way to deny that
