This company just act as agents Hired tower for 2 weeks Came from HSS but the wrong tower Took 4 days to get the right tower Told SAB they would need to reduce hire to 10 days if they applied the weekly rate to days - their response no problem After scaffolding picked up took nearly 3 weeks they refused to refund the difference Ripped off 36 Yes they are a bit cheaper but not worth the hassles and not honouring agreements

Got told am collection of scaffold tower Rang customer services and got told they will phone back which they didn t Wasted 7 hours and lost work due to waiting Stay well clear Would NOT recommend

Very unprofessional company using them as a broker just makes everything far more complicated a very unreliable service that can t be used when running a business with a schedule Will not be using them again

Delivery tracking doesn t work Called to get an idea of time as the equipment hadn t arrived by late morning and just told afternoon No instructions which would have been helpful with a 7 2 metre scaffold tower I then booked collection waited in all day and no one turned up No phone call to advise of this

Hired a Tower Scaffold 16th September HSS delivered it We finished with the scaffold on the 18th Rang early 19th to say we would be in all day 19th and up to 12 00pm in the 20th Went out as planned then received a telephone call from HSS at 12 10pm to say they were collecting the tower We had left some bits behind the side gate which he could have unlocked but said he would call Monday the 23rd Okay as we hired for a week Got texts to say they were coming and didnt Same the next day Thw van was not far from ours and went straight back to depot Husband called them and could not be bothered coming back Now Wednesday no texts and called Am I within my rights to dump them on the grass outside our property as we have told them the scaffolding is causing an obstruction on the drive I need it off tomorrow Never use them againOk in response to the reply we actually hired through you SAB It is a bit disgusting as surely you are not happy about your customers being messed about You should be making sure that it is picked up when arranged Been told 2 55pm pick up today Not arrived yet 3 05pm Need motorhome on drive tomorrow so scaffolding will be outside tomorrow my motorhome wont be Absolutely disgusting customer service

Bloody useless company I hired from them and everything went well This time they delivered the scaffolding on right time but did not pick up for two weeks and kept sending sms to say they will come today as it was an empty property I had to go there every day and then nobody turns up

Extremely poor service from start to finish never use this firm again Off hired scaffold tower was to be collected following day the office staff appeared not knowing what there doing left scaffold tower in the street disassembled for 1 week before collection and SAB did not care

Did not collect scaffolding and no response from company to resolve I had to contact hire company directly to resolve and arrange collection Waited in all day No apology or acknowledgement of email

Absolutely horrible experience They didn t refund my money even though they confirmed they will Every time I call them about inquiry each person tells different story This company is a joke

The scaffolding was suppose to arrive in the morning but finally appeared in the afternoon leaving us all waiting and we were left with No explanation Then over 2 weeks ago they said they would collect the scaffolding then never appeared This is an ongoing saga with broken promises and on Friday they said they would collect the scaffolding once again they failed to turn up I am now living on a promise after phoning that they will collect the scaffolding today I will not hold my breath All I can say this is a poor service I can only assume that SAB supply are using my house as a storage facility until another customer requires this scaffolding
