I booked my order Sunday and in their website say 24 hour delivery service witch paid for delivery and collection 12 50 each Monday I received text message from sab supply that they dont have the Scaffold tower it in there depot it will be delivered Tuesday morning Tuesday morning I received another text say sorry the Scaffold tower is missing some part and they can t deliver it today they made me pay for the person that doing my job for 2 day and the Scaffold tower didn t arrive I called them if the can deliver it Wednesday the lady that answered the phone said they will try to deliver it Wednesday I will never use them again and I don t recommend anyone do they full of lies and they ad in their website fake waste of time and money

Horrendous company to deal with Guy on the end of the phone unfortunately got the brunt of it Scaffold tower for agreed week had a girl call the day before end of week to agree collection Organised for Friday No collection by end of the day called up to find out what was going on to be told that the driver had been but could not see the scaffold on the end of the drive in a cul de sac next to the road Was told the GPS shows the driver in the area however he couldn t tell me what road the driver used due to the gps bot being uploaded to the system until Monday so how did he see the gps to begin with Was then told they would try arrange a Saturday delivery got a message Sat morning to say confirmation of collection that day moved the scaffolding back onto the drive several hours later another message to say they would collect the scaffolding Monday Joke of a company don t waste your time there s a reason they re cheap Do yourself a favour and use local scaffold hire they might be a bit more expensive but they are organised and are helpful

Scaf tower was delivered a day late SAB blamed the bank holiday when it was an inherent fault with their booking system I was then told the wrong time and it was only because I was early that I received it that day I booked collection and called at 8am to find out time SAB told me they would call back to confirm No call back About 11am I called again to be told they couldn t collect it because the lorries were full I had to call HSS who actually supplied the gear to sort it out because the manager at SAB was totally unhelpful and told me that the booked dates were just suggested dates Utter shambles Similar experience to a lot of other people on here

Called up to discuss the item suitability for my need before ordering ended up with an item I couldn t realistically get into my property explained this on the phone and was told not an issue Then charged for delivery despite the item not making its way through my front door Called up twice to rectify and was told I d be refunded in full Never was called again told that was a mistake Terrible experience and still out of pocket

1st time hire shocking service hired a tower wanted a morning delivery didn t turn up till 130pm the sub contracted to hss hire whom I specifically didn t want to use Tower came with no build instructions nor check list for parts wouldn t even let you check the item for damage Staff completely un helpful and don t care Don t hire from them

I ordered an Ali tower pre booked and paid for When the day came no tower arrived after a number of phone calls still never arrived I m now out of pocket due to contractors not being able to complete works and if that s wasn t bad enough When I called the following week they thought it had been delivered This was not the case and I have evidence this tower never arrived I requested a refund I asked the what depot it came from or who signed for it any pictures they could not provide me with any of this My advice stay clear choose someone else to hire from

Terrible service Everything that could go wrong went wrong They had no idea what was happening and have a terrible attitude towards customers I will never use this company again as my experience with them was the worst I had in years

First time I ordered a scaffold tower they sent it with one wheel damaged so we did struggle to push it around and one of the stabilisers broken Second time we ordered again another scaffold tower ETA was initially 10 45am they delivered the scaffold tower at 3pm They suppose to collect it yesterday Tuesday but they sent me a message the driver couldn t come and collect so they had to reschedule for today Wednesday again another messaged they cannot collect it AVOID this company pay a little more to hire but get it from someone else

Appalling service out of pocket due to them not being able to secure the item required with their agents and it not arriving for people to complete work Manager was very unhelpful would not rate or recommend at all

Instruction was given for the tower scaffold to be collected on Friday 15 11 24It was only collected today Tuesday 3 12 24It has been very embarrassing having to pacify my client
