They suck Ordered glasses black to orange fade frames 6 8 2022 Was told 14-16 business days They showed up 7 11 2022 as the wrong frames Emailed them and someone said it was past the 30 day return policy I haven t even had them 20 hours and the order was created 33 days ago They won t answer customer service calls corporate calls and returns isn t an option I wasn t pissed until they blew me off repeatedly

Do Not I repeat DO NOT make a purchase with this company They have bad business practices I placed an order for prescription safety glasses over 24 days ago after their 17 day advertised shipping period i began writing them emails about my order Each reply i got from them was the same boiler plate email your glasses are in the lab being built to your specs Today i finally got tired of the wait and called them to cancel They said sure but we are going to charge you a 50 cancellation fee Even though i expressed they were beyond their advertised shipping period Well i contacted my Credit Card Company Discover they went on their web page and read their order policy and told me my order was beyond the 17 day shipping period Safety Gear Pro advertises Therefor my credit card company refunded 100 of the charges I only wish i did a review search of this company before i placed the order because i can clearly see now these people seem to be scamming people

Total BS company After over a month I finally received my glasses Just to find they are the wrong prescription I then tried to return these glasses via the Free shipping return policy the website boasts about But wouldn t you know they are refusing to pay shipping As a matter of fact they wont even take my phone calls This Company is a total SCAM and a Joke My company will never do business with these people ever again

They take weeks to reply I was told a pair of safety glasses has removable side shields and so I ordered When it arrived I found the shields are not removable After weeks of asking how to remove the side shields I was sent a wrong Youtube link that shows how to remove side shields of other glasses I am now asking for a simple replacement because I was misled into buying the glasses They told me after weeks that they can only offer 75 refund but it is wrong because their staff misled me And I am left waiting for weeks and they still cannot decide what to do WTH
