No communication after ordering so I had no idea that the flooring had been delivered

Not very helpful at all the size of the boards had recently been changed which meant what I was expecting didn t arrive to be told I now had more boards due to the boards being made bigger but online it clearly stated 10 boards per pack I received 8boards per pack did email this over but was just brushed of to be told the board dimensions had changed so it worked out I had more than I order which is not right I spent 50 on next day delivery yes I ordered on a Saturday so even if you take Sunday out it should have arrived Monday but it arrived Tuesday be careful as next day is 50 but normal service day is 40 so your paying a lot for delivery

We had one pack that was damaged and 5 lengths of flooring that wasn t even in packaging

damaged stock - no response from customer service

The delivery arrived on time sadly 10 of laminate panels got damaged in transport POD signed for damages and reported via email twice to the supplier designated email address with photographic evidence and driver signature no answer for two weeks now still waiting

Poor service

After ordering two floor trims we were sent the wrong type We had to stay in for the courier pick up Fair enough on this occasion On receipt of the next set of trims we were again sent the wrong type On calling we were advised that they no longer stock the ones we want Again they want courier pick up but expect us to print dispatch vouchers then sit in all day waiting for a courier These errors were not our fault Why should we sit in all day and wait for their courier Why should we have to print out postage labels We were informed that if we didn t stay in and wait for a pick up then we wouldn t receive a refund Really bad service in my eyes If you make a mistake then have the good grace to go out of your way to rectify it Don t make the customer go out of their way

Wood flooring delivered very promptly

Wood flooring delivered very promptly but still waiting for the Beading to go around had no communication iv sent a email with no response not happy

Poor Customer Service

Ordered some flooring which I have to say arrived promptly However I ordered 2 packs but only recieved one pack I have sent 2 emails no reply I have tried to contact them via telephone but it just rings then curs me off

Waiting for delivery

Waiting for delivery but can t get any information as too when it s arriving to ensure I m in to receive sign for it as I don t want to pay another delivery charge Extremely frustrating
