Good value for money however some of the laminate was not packaged and therefore some were chipped

Great delivery company let down by flooringdirect

Flooring is really good quality but aftersales is not very good I bought one lot of Flooring and didn t get any delivery information this meant I missed the first delivery and had to rearrange it thankfully DX the delivery company left a note I then needed some more Flooring so ordered another load again got email with order details but again no delivery details I tried the order number in t DX delivery site but nothing showed so I emailed Flooringdirect asking for delivery information and they didn t even reply Luckily the DX driver contacted me and changed his delivery order so he could deliver before I had to go to an appointment Really appreciate the good delivery company pity flooringdirect are not as accommodating

Not unfair to comment yet An estimate on delivery would be nice Product again I don t know To be honest I don t know why I got this email as I was trying to buy something Is there something I don t know and should cancel

Flooring is nice Delivery poor - Turned up unannounced when I was at work and just left in the road One pack completely damaged

Had no Notification when it was coming

Had no Notification when it was coming and then the delivery driver would not help and also he wasn t going to take the pallet away but my floor came quickly and I m happy with the floor thou I haven t laid it yet

Damage to property

No option to choose delivery date As soon as I was informed of a delivery date I contacted SFD to let them know that I was not around on that day I tried to call them email them and contact them through their website Four days later on the day of the scheduled delivery date they eventually got back to me However the delivery still took place in my absence The courier damaged my property by driving a huge lorry up my narrow drive Had I been here I would have met the courier by the roadside One pack of flooring was so badly damaged it wasn t usable I won t be using this company again

Flooring great delivery poor

Like the flooring and no issues with ordering However no contact re when delivery would be and they delivered it was in but didn t hear bell knock and left it on a pallet on my front drive in the rain It was too heavy for me to lift and had to wait for help to even move it indoors In view of the high delivery charge this was very poor the company should review its delivery supplier

Good communication quick delivery

Good communication quick delivery Ordered wall panels and decorative beading came in two deliveries I couldn t knock the packing of the beading the delivery of the beading on the other hand was shocking No tracking left with a neighbour without permission and no card left so I had no idea it had been delivered until the neighbour knocked but the panelling packing was shocking non existent in fact and some of the packs the plastic had came off so wasn t happy about that but the delivery of this was brilliant the driver called me and I was able to get someone to the property Still no tracking though

Paid for next day delivery on Thursday

Paid for next day delivery on Thursday last week but did not arrive till Tuesday so not happy at being charged for a service I never received aslo when packs open found 5 of the boards had damage so could not finish the job
