I love Sanderson s the staff are great and very helpful their clothes and fragrances are amazing and they always have the best prices online I ve noticed that they also keep up to date with the latest collections and ranges Definitely shopping with them again

I was nervous about ordering from here due to so many poor reviews but I decided to take the risk as they had the product I wanted at a great price It arrived exactly as expected The only thing I would say is the item wasn t wrapped within the box it arrived in but for the price it was I m not surprised that it was ex-display It is still in excellent condition I m happy with my purchase from this company

Love this store Staff are so all so lovely Fab and unique range of brands and products Often order online when I m not able to get to one of their stores and my orders always arrive super quick and beautifully packaged Highly highly recommend One thing I will say is - you get a much quicker response if you call up rather than emailing their web team and the girls are so helpful if I ever have any queries

I was a bit hesitant ordering from here because it wasn t a place I knew etc I searched for the product I wanted online A gift for my partner on our wedding day which is in 3 weeks I ordered a beautiful Barbour wallet I chose next day delivery and opted for it to be gift wrapped Honestly could not be happier Not only did it arrive promptly by UPS carrier but the gift wrap was stunning Bex had kindly wrapped the wallet in wedding gift wrap and had also included tissue paper and a gift bag which says just married thank you so so much I m so happy I chose this store now and would happily order again in the future Thank you

Fantastic Customer Service Experience I bought some items for my daughters birthday mid week the website was very easy to navigate the prices were more than competitive and I qualified for free delivery The order arrived a few days later the following Saturday and one item wasn t included I emailed customer services and my email was responded to a few hours later by Nicole Burgin Nicole was really helpful and resolved my query I was very surprised to have received a response on a Saturday a very professional outcome I am an extremely happy customer and would recommend Sandersons

I ordered a present for my wife for her birthday on the website and was so impressed with the level of customer service I received I accidentally ordered the wrong size Holland Cooper coat but after ringing and speaking to the girls on the web team they quickly and efficiently changed this over for me and sent me an email to let me know that this had been changed The gift arrived the next day beautifully packaged My wife was over the moon with her gift and I would encourage anyone to purchase from Sandersons We have recommended it to all our friends

I ordered a leather wash bag in the sales Like another reviewer I was unsure whether to order from this company because of the large number of negative reviews but my experience was good I was kept informed by e-mail It was delivered promptly and well packed

Extremely prompt refund

I bought a Barbour coat online Not Sandersons fault but it was horrible very badly tailored and a very cheap fabric for the I returned it and the refund was processed within an hour or two Excellent service Many other retailers have to be chased for weeks
