PURE JUNK AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The pictures and good prices convinced me to order online from Marshalls It has been the most frustrating experience ever The pictures look good but what you receive is junk Customer service is a joke I ordered a lighted Xmas door wreath and a 16 piece set of dinner ware among many other items It took a couple of weeks with the items arriving at different times separately The wreath was in an old moldy smelling box There were no lights The tag on the wreath said it takes 3 aaa batteries but no box for the batteries The 16 piece dinnerware contained 15 pieces a large bowl was missing Obviously could not fit in the tightly backed box so they just didn t send it I contacted customer service and the woman said she would send me an email address to send my complaint I waited then she disconnected the call without notice I called back and got another person Went through explaining my problem again She said the first person hadn t entered anything in the computer regarding my order She sent me the email address which required me to send pictures of the items I sent pictures of the items with a copy of the receipt they had sent me on my order I sent their tracking number and all the information they sent me I haven t heard anything from Marshalls yet I will continue to contact them until this matter is resolved They are selling junk online and they don t care about customer satisfaction They take your money and you just have to deal with it TJ Maxx is the same I will never order anything from Marshalls or TJ Maxx online ever again They are just cleaning out junk from their warehouse and they don t care how they do it

Please Change This Dystopian Chain or Fight Against It
Marshalls is another cut-throat chain that replaced small businesses Small businesses that had paid much better wages without this slave wages nonsense keeping Marshalls s tyrannical stockholders outrageously wealthier while more working class Americans become homeless during inflation and recessions caused by very rich bullies Screw Marshalls and its sociopathic work environment with wage slaves putting on fake smiles to customers No wonder why there are more people hating chains and corporations These chains and corporations are destroying the middle class while turning formerly wealthy cities into slums No wonder why younger generations are getting poorer and dumber These cut-throat stockholders from chains are making increasing poverty happen that makes civilization reverse back to an uncivilized state Increasing poverty negatively affects I Q scores and increases crime But these cut-throat stockholders don t care that they destroy civilization They would rather bully poor people to keep their dystopian chains and extreme wealth that end up increasing poverty I would like to hope that poor people start unionizing for fighting against Marshalls s wage slavery that destroys civilization in the long run In the meantime all of this extreme wealth inequality is destroying western civilization while mainstream media gaslights gullible people into believing the illusion of improvement

Worst customer service and the items aren t tagged properly only in Avon ct
This store in Avon CT has the worst manager or assistant whoever it is When I was returning a thing bought 4 days back he could not find it on my reciept and him and one more lady was interrogating me as if I was doing something wrong and bringing a part if the item Problem is they do not know the items they keep in the store I left that time there without taking any money They didn t even have any courtesy to make me comfortable This is not the first time this has happened at this store with the same manager Not the cashier but the male manager who manages or may be mismanages things there Last month I encountered him again and he was so adamant to admit that the item that I wanted to buy was marked incorrectly and I paid double the price I paid for the same thing in Homegood same day The tag on the item that I bought didn t even belong there ot was for some other brand I would give this store a minus 5 rating for this store Most of the cashiers also do not look happy a several times under these managers This product is available on atleast 10-15 stores and both managers were hell bent on shaming me and prove that I was bringing a part of another product to get money I left the item there They can make fortunes from It

The shipment took a month
The shipment took a month The customer agent told me she will sent me an email and keep me updated I still didn t get them I don t mind to wait 15 days for my orders because of Covid But I can t wait 32 days to get here plus that s a gift for someone else A week later I call again the agent told me still not updating I am still waiting for the gift card they promise me As investor we don t like that

We are from South Chicago and while visiting family in the Louisville KY area decided to do some shopping The worst of the 2 store in Louisville area is the store off of Dixie Highway as we couldn t find anything good and a lady was doing markdowns on this morning and I asked her if any of the childrens clothes would be marked down she rudely told me you ll just have to come back another time and went on marking toddlers things down RUDE I ended up trying on a few ladies garments and went to the try on room where a lady there treated me like a common criminal I had 5 garments and she stopped me abruptly and said right there and pointed to a clothing rack and I asked there what She rolled her eyes and said hang them THERE I sure did and then went to find my husband that said a not to stealthy man was following him around while looking at fragrances and when he open a package that had NO seal a shorter older woman said sir you can t open those and he said well I just wanted to sniff the lid how else will I know if it s worth 40 and she said I don t know but you can t open them HERE Needless to say were stormed out and went a door down to the Ross for less and those people were super nice and we were so happy that we spent 122 and was really only going to spend about 35-50 When we come back to Ky the next time it will be a happy visit to Ross don t waste your time on rude sales clerk at Marshalls NEVER AGAIN

shipment takes 3 weeks which leave customers only about 7 days return window
I like shopping the physical stores But the online shipping experience is terrible I placed an online order on 9 27 10 19 3 52pm Marshalls emailed me about cancellation of my order Their return policy was to return within 30 days of purchase I am not sure if any item would arrive before the return window closes This is not a one time incidence as it happened to my other TJ Mass order as well They are run by the same owner The TJ maxx order was placed on 9 13 20 They notified me about cancelation of my order as below We re sorry we were unable to fulfill your order for the item s listed below You won t be charged for this transaction If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-926-6299 When I called I was being put on hold for a long time I emailed back and asked if my whole order was canceled never got a reply form TJMaxx The order surprisingly arrived on 10 5 But their return policy was to return within 30 days of purchase With this shipping timeline you got about a week return window only I don t understand why they don t give customers 15 days of return window counting form the date you received your order as other venders

On a July 25th 2021 I had bought some sandals with Marshall s of the brand Adrienne Vittadini And the first time I wore them they look sandal had broken Like the top and bottom half detached as I was walking on both shoes Clearly customers have to be careful with what they buy in here Order no 23495408722

Returning item fiasco
I love shopping at the physical Marshalls locations but my first online experience at Marshalls com was not pleasant I purchased a few items that needed to be returned Return policy states that returns can be made FREE in store When I tried to return some items I was told I needed to go to a different store that was 5 miles away When I went to the particular store they told me that I had to go to another store to do that return as they don t sell that department The store that the 2nd Marshalls directed me to was 10 miles away It s ridiculous I contacted Marshalls com customer service and they sent me a return label But deducted me 10 for the return label It s ridiculous Will not be shopping at Marshalls com again Be warned if you purchase an item that your local Marshalls does not carry in that particular department
