We had a problem with a trim fault on

We had a problem with a trim fault on our new car however this was agreed to be corrected when the new part arrives from the Manufacturer Some Dealers would say it s a used car with an age related fault and would not agree to correct it Craig the General Sales Manager was most helpful and apologized and agreed to correct the problem Excellent service once again thank you Sandon

I thought my Roadside Assist had run out So when my car had a flat on Thursday morning I was distraught My husband called the excellent team at Epsom Kwesi is a super brand ambassador and he advised they auto renew my policy after servicing my car with them The flat was fixed within an hour hole repaired and whilst inconvenient didn t cost me a penny What s not to like about the super service we enjoy at Sandown Mercedes Epsom Dan Vin run a super band of men and women

Chris was very polite and handled the whole process in a professional well He is also quite bubbly which makes the experience more comfirtablehe explained the product well and took time to do so without hurrying usMost importantly we were able to schedule collection at a time suitable for my diary which helps when you ahve a busy schedule

Definitely recommend Newbury Mercedes

My husband and I made an appointment to view a used Mercedes at the Ascot showroom but ended up purchasing a brand new CLA 200 AMG The salesman Jack was very professional and made us feel at ease from the get go The level of service throughout was excellent and far better than other Mercedes main dealers we have dealt with Would definitely recommend Newbury Mercedes and Jack

I just need to give the credit to Ashley Pearce I spoke to him before Christmas and a few things changed so I had to put changing my car on hold until January Ashley was really understanding and when I contacted him in January nothing was too much trouble although he couldn t find the colour car I wanted to begin with he kept looking and found one and called me immediately I picked up my new car on Wednesday and it was amazing THANK YOU
