BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE I bought a pair of shoes that looked great and comfortable After a month the cheapest badly made pair of plastic shoes turned up They are only worthy of the bin They are cheap Chinese made shoes for people with very wide feet at the toe end Do not buy from this website It sells rubbish and if they come from China not exactly easy to return I am hoping the company will do the honourable thing and refund me and tell me where I can return the shoes to in the UK

It s been more than a month and I never received my order I asked for refund but Santediscount keeps asking me to wait for them to resolve the problem with the shipping company I am very sorry but it s their problem not mine and a month for a beauty product to receive is a joke Not customer-centric and they only care about their product being lost and care about customer experience If you placed an order and could not wait to receive them to test you will understand my feeling They never actively came to me and propose a resolution Worst shopping experience ever

I m so disappointed with this website I have made my order on the 29th of July it was stated that the delivery should take place within 3-4 business days because it was for Belgium today its 7 August nothing yet is received and I need the ordered products urgently It would have been better if they didn t mention any delivery days at least I would have ordered from somewhere else So till now I m not sure if I will receive my orders

Real bad experience so far Order placed on may the 3rd card was charged right away promise of deliverance between 3 to 8 workdays it s already been 15 workdays and the customer service only keeps sending sorry for the delay ther has been some IT or human problem with my shipment and still the order is not handy Totally upsettingAfter service answer The order number is 107080031 and Mme Marine Mme Laura and a third one keep only saying there have been IT problems only excuses no solutions

Outdated baby food
Low prices but outdated products I have ordered baby food and the products were almost all outdated which is unacceptable from a pharmacy and particularly for baby products The client service is long and not helpful and the only way to get new products or refund is to send back the outdated products as I am in a different country I have the pay the cost of the shipping

Didn t receive my package that was marked as delivered company says there was a problem with my delivery address I doubt so far all my packages from other suppliers were able to reach their destination I have been waiting for a reimbursement for 2 weeks now I wouldn t recommend ordering through this website at all I needed something for my grandpa very urgently

First of all it makes you wait at least 10days without updating your order process Then when you tried to move out the product which is out of stock from your order their website generated another 2 orders When you finally tried to contact their customer service you realize they never put you through Customer service What s that They don t have it

I bought an item from Belgium They first say then I should receive it in 1 or 2 days Once the order is placed I realized that the item is being shipped from Spain and that I LL have to wait to 8 days I had to order the same item again as I needed it sooner Never use them again
