Waste of Everyone s Time

Went all the way through until the end and then was told they don t insure houses with pools - even though I had a lengthy discussion about the pool in my back yard with the original associate Waste of everyone s time We went with another insurer

The process of getting the insurance

The process of getting the insurance was great and it was about 20 per month lower than I was paying That was great However when the first month s premium was due I got an email from the insurance agency saying if my premium wasn t paid by the due date it would be cancelled I had already made arrangements to have it taken out automatically I went online and checked ratings on the agency and could not find one positive entry Everything negative has a horrible reputation I am considering changing insurances again because of this

Thought waste of time but may prove otherwise

It was an endless loop of insurance comparison websites Never landed at an actual insurer just middleman websites trying to earn a commission off setting you up with another middleman So ridiculous So while I still think it is crazy annoying that you just keep getting handed off from one compare search site to another there has been some progress made Someone from the site emailed the following day with specific info and links that actually connected me to an insurance company s websites and or agents No success yet but they haven t stopped trying either so thumbs up for that

I liked how the quote was competitive with other quotes I disliked how he rushed me I liked how he was open later hours than a lot of local insurance salespeople

Great agent was super helpful with the process Unfortunately the call kept dropping due to phone systems He had very good customer service and was very thorough answering my questions Great agent

Wesley was great especially

Wesley was great especially communicating via email since I work in a call center Before Wesley came in though the process to get my renewal shopping started was rough I had to email customer service again to get the ball rolling Overall this was a good experience and I will be happy to work with Wesley in the future
