What made this company great is the price A lot of people can t afford for 500 a month out of their check for insurance when they have rent and other expenses like food to put on the table for their families this company made it where I could afford to have coverage what people are look for is what they can afford to pay not what they can t because they have to feed and clothes and send there children to school and provide for them a lot of people or single moms and single dad s that are working two and three jobs just to make ends meet And when I got my insurance quote yesterday I was so relieved because I lost two nights asleep wondering how I was gonna be able to afford car insurance to get to work it made it easy and it was very helpful Thank you root

He was polite efficient and overall felt like speaking to a real person rather than the usual robotic people that have no life in em anymore Comes with the 24 7 call center experience I assume so I understand lol but it means a lot to get some energy He did great and appreciate his quick work

My representative Joe Kennedy was friendly understanding of my current circumstances and did his best to find me an auto policy that is somewhat reasonable again given my current circumstances He was even able to bring the price down by approximately 15 mo which was a very nice surprise The whole process took less than an hour and was pretty simple and painless I look forward to hearing from Joe when he is able to get me a lower rate in the hopefully near future
