Good quality but too long dispatch time

Products received were good quality but the time it takes to dispatch orders is far too long to wait for school uniform Had I been aware of this I would not have placed an order and I shall not be using this service again

Missing order

I was very happy with School Trends however my November order is still missing I have emailed them three times with no response Very disappointed Their phone line seems to still be closed with a Christmas message still on the answer machine Very disappointed

Pretty poor service took my money 32

Pretty poor service took my money 32 days ago and didn t even get a email to confirm the order after 32 days and some emails finally get a response saying unfortunately my order hasn t been processed and have no date in the near future for it to be This is basically fraud taking money from customers knowing perfectly well they can not provide the goods the next I ll here is the company has gone into liquidation and me along with others no doubt will never see our money or goods again Good luck to anyone paid for a uniform from this outfit

Terrible lead times horrible quality

Terrible lead times but items arrived within their timescales The supplier at our old school was far more efficient and better quality Items ordered are hard and scratchy stitching wasnt complete around the crew neck line stitches were loose and incomplete under the right arm Unfortunately due to not fitting in the old jumper will have to use this and therefore sort the lack of stitching and incomplete stitches myself If had the choice would not use this supplier again but dont have that option

Take ages to send things out sent a message to advise my child was starting school on a certain date and the book bag was out of stock Surely a school clothing shop should have a small number of each item in stock

Used to be excellent but now very poor - can t phone them they don t reply to email and they don t call back when you put a website request in Such a shame Our order is 39 days now and still not in production Website states 28 days max turnaround

I am still waiting for uniform ordered

I am still waiting for uniform ordered on 7th July and I am now concerned I may not receive it before the new term starts I did receive a reply reassuring me that it would be delivered this week but with no sign of it I cannot now get through to the company Don t want to have to leave this review but I m running out of options

I ordered 2 p e kits for my little

I ordered 2 p e kits for my little girls and unfortunately the motif had no backing The girls came home and had sore chests where the stitching had been rubbing on their bodies I will just buy normal tops next time without a logo to prevent this from happening again

Logo v-neck sweatshirt jumpers

The jumpers that I have purchased this time are of much poorer quality They have had one wash and are already slighted bobbled and faded It is very disappointing as I have always bought my logo jumpers through you and I have always found them to be of great quality I will not purchase again

Really cheap materials Really slow to produce for dispatching

Really slow to produce for dispatching Quality of cardigan ok but PE T-shirt is so thin again They can t support the Embroidered logo The last ones only lasted 1 term before get small holes around the logo Previous school trends T-shirts lasted for two children Really feels like they re making the most of having a captive market
