It s okay but could be so much better

Frustration with this company is based around quality of sweatshirt can t be tumbled shrink anyway cuffs wear into holes before end of yr impenetrable sizing guide doesn t compare with any other kids clothing I ve used in past 7 yrs and huge delay to update website Son in yr 6 with different colour sweatshirt Tried to order in summer but website not updated None of kids in correct colour as we start week 4 of school yr Speed quality and efficiency would be my three hopes Sadly patchy on all 3

Sadly had to cancel my order as it didn t arrive in time for my daughters starting back to school Ordered many weeks ago and disappointed I had to go elsewhere as the quality of School Trends is exceptionally good Can t fault the service and a refund was issued when requested

Where is my daughters uniform

I placed an order on 11th August almost 3 months ago I called them up 3 weeks ago to check on this order the lady I spoke with said it should have been sent on the 1st September and that she would chase it up and call me back Not heard a thing and still no uniform I ve now tried calling the customer service lines and cannot get through to anyone Unnaceptable My daughter needs her winter cardigan in this weather which should be here given that I ordered it in Summer Edit Thank you for responding and looking into it for me My fingers and toes are crossed

Dispatch and delivery time was really fast However the cardigan its self wasn t what I expected it to be Firstly it is huge I d ordered the next size up from our current one and its far too big Secondly the style is totally different I purposely didn t choose front outside pockets but thats what I got And the seams where the arms are attached are totally different they make my tiny framed daughter look really broad When you have no choice but to buy from here its rather disappointing

After placing an order and emailing once didnt get a reply until I emailed again where I got a replay took a while to get the order as made the order on 29th April didnt get a reply until the 10th via email that it was due to be dispatched that day

Really slow turn around

Really slow turn around Takes a month for orders to arrive but our hands are tied as this is the only place to get the school logo we need No click and collect options for cheaper delivery only delivery option is 3 99 When you only need one jumper it feels like quite an extra cost

Product OK but shipping too long

Cardigans received ok but I found the communication for dispatch etc not the best I was aware of the very long shipping timeframe before order but have found these cardigans wash up the best compared to most of the supermarket brands but this long wait would have been made a little better less nerve wracking thinking will I ever receive it if I was kept up to date when it shipped etc I would order more from them if the timeframe wasn t SO long

No phone number is nonsense Order has taken ages to come - not in time for the first day of school Cardigans arrived with a highlighter pen stuck in the parcel which had completely ruined them As of yet no response from the company on their enquiries email I am returning the faulty item but it appears at my cost

Good quality but poor service

I ordered 14th July 3 round neck jumpers 1 tshirt and 3 polo shirts 2 round neck jumpers and 1 vneck and the t shirt eventually delivered 10th September Emailed them to advise 1 item incorrect but still awaiting a reply Polo shirts eventually arrived 17th September The quality of the items is really good which is why I use this company rather than local shop however very disappointed with delays errors and lack of reply to emails

Second year I have purchased

Second year I have purchased school jumpers they last the school year but I won t reorder polo shirts they are a poor quality material and bobble within 2 months which is a shame will definitely use company again for the embroidery
