i ordered from the 5 days ago and gave emailed them every single day becausei have yet to receive my digital download and i need it because it s a gift for my mother in law i get that i haven t received my physical copy but it shouldn t take this long to receive my digital copy

Please send my order I have emailed you numerous times I m sick of the blanket emails I ordered 3 packages with both digital download and a physical shipment I ordered these on December 20th and at least need my digital downloads I m trying to give you the benefit of the doubt that you re not a scam but I m beginning to think that s the case My order number is 21585 Thank goodness I paid with PayPal Please respond This is Christmas gifts my son wanted for his Dad and uncles and he s very excited

Ugh I bought a title from Highlandtitles a couple of weeks ago received the digital download immediately Ordered another gift from Scotlandtitles just now no immediate download - realizing the logos website were so similar I was confused Pretty bummed as it s for a bday party in 3 hours - didn t think it needed to be purchased hours or days in advance Will update my review upon receipt if I receive the certificate today

You will certainly not receive a digital download in 24 hours and if you try to contact them you will receive an automatic message It is highly unlikely I will receive my printed pack by Christmas which in fairness is due to me ordering it on the 10th but I at least expected the digital download I wish I had read all of these reviews prior to paying money If I receive the download within the week and addressed by an actual person I will update this review Update I got the digital download a couple of days after writing this but still no sign of the printed package being shipped out They didn t respond to the email I wrote two weeks ago either so I probably wasted my money Save yours folks What a scam

Yes I was so excited to order this as a Christmas gift to myself On December 19 2022 Then like 10 minutes later I tried to cancel because I really couldn t afford to be well anyway they ignored my request took the money never sent package Actually responded to one email sending me a tracking number it said the printed package had been delivered to me December 5 2022 Three weeks before I ordered it Sent to this address Sandy USA Really Shame on them Any further attempts to communicate and resolve have been ignored Sigh My name isn t even Sandy Grrrrr

Ordered the printed pack on 12 17 23 Received the digital download on 12 22 22 No sign of the printed pack yet I have emailed them 3 separate times and messaged on Facebook with nothing but the automated response We should have read the reviews before he purchased Regardless we will be filing a claim to get our money back

HUGE SCAM DONT DO IT

I am so upset Purchased 2 titles Never received anything I went as far as finding the phone number and placing the international call No answer outside of a voice-mail box I ve emailed Facebooked called nothing Not sure how to get my money back

I wish I read reviews instead of impulsively jumping the gun and purchasing from here I purchased just a digital and the website said 24 Hours It s been 2 days of nothing but a confirmation generic email saying they ve received my order immediately after emailing asking about it It s been again 2 days of nothing but within seconds of my order being purchased they had all the time to take the money out Update It s been 4 days now with absolutely nothing Just me sending emails and getting BS auto responses and page has error I m only giving a one star because I need to in order to post this other than that it would be nothing at all
