This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Do not bother buying from this website. I ordered lingerie before Christmas, and the package was lost in transit. When I tried to contact the seller, the only option was email, as the company is based in China. Responses were infrequent and consisted mainly of apologies that sounded helpful but led nowhere. Although a replacement was eventually sent, it arrived too late and I no longer needed the items. I returned them in mid-December, but to this day, I still have not received a refund for the returned products. Overall, it was a terrible experience with even worse customer service. Avoid this site and spend your money elsewhere.
