Avoid this company Paid 46 00 for
Avoid this company Paid 46 00 for two items on the 21st Sept 2024 They say they dispatch within 24 hours They didn t They said there was an issue with packaging and that there was a delay I explained that if the order didn t arrive by this week it would no longer be needed for my project They said if it didn t arrive in time they would gladly refund it Roll on to today 4th Oct and I ve messaged to tell them it didn t arrive in time and want the refund as agreed Now getting some BS replies saying they dispatched within 24 hours which they already told me they didn t and can see from the shipping and that because its in transit they can t refund I asked for a refund prior to shipping because it wasn t dispatched in time to arrive There are other companies selling the same thing I don t know if this is a scam company but they certainly aren t to be trusted I m UK based so don t have any legal way to chase it up So basically I ll make sure I report my experience as loudly as possible across every possible platform until I am refunded as agreed to make sure nobody else falls fowl of the same issue I don t normally spend this much on Facebook ads If I d realised it wasn t UK based I defo wouldn t have purchased as no consumer rights But as I m sure they re replying on I was in a bad way that day and saw it and reacted Looking to try and help myself But now seems I ve been taken advantage of Which is infuriating as I usually deem myself to be a sensible person who doesn t make poorly thought through decisions Absolutely avoid Please don t make the same mistake I did On Wed 25 Sept 2024 06 50 Olivia Grace wrote Hello Rachel Thank you for the update If your order is delayed and doesn t arrive by next Tuesday Wednesday I will gladly arrange a refund for you If any delays occur I ll ensure the refund is processed before dispatch Best Olivia GraceCustomer Success

I would give zero stars if I could I was supposed to receive my order November 27th I did not and when I reached out 2 weeks after that to see where my order was they said it was delayed I asked to cancel my order and they refused to cancel and return my money saying that they already shipped it which was a complete lie I had the tracking number and it said label created and has not been shipped yet The owner has intentionally made things super difficult She sent the book out anyways end of December an entire month late of which I had to waste time to take back to the post office not to mention 10 emails back and forth with her I returned the item which was received by her on January 3rd tracked shipping and still no refund January 8th I have been dealing with this for months now DO NOT order from this site

Avoid Item arrived wouldn t fit a 10 year old it s so small - contacted them for a return refund they only offered me 4 Even though their return policy states you get full refund- absolutely shocking company if I could I would award zero stars
