I purchased from Senville as they are a Canadian company that I felt I could rely on I ended up having a technical issue with the 35pt Dehumidifier and customer service was exceptional The first call helped me troubleshoot the device to confirm whether or not it was functioning properly The second call was to source a replacement which arrived expediently and in good condition via courier It works beautifully

It started when I place the phone call to customer service and they explained exactly about the product and we re very knowledgeable I placed an order and waited for the items to arrive About a week later I received a phone call from the shipping company which was causing a hiccup I then called customer support back and she got right to the bottom of the shipping issue Item arrived two days later

We ve had our unit installed and operating for about two weeks now So far I m impressed with its efficiency and ease of use We purchased a home with only baseboard heating and no HVAC The cost of a furnace and ductwork is astronomical so we looked for alternatives and decided on a minisplit I had a couple of qoutes done by local guys and we were between 10-12k to have a system installed That made choosing senville easy I purchased a 30t unit with two heads a 18k and 12k and put one upstairs and one in the basement Installed everything on my own except the lines I hired a tech to do that so I could keep the warranty I was charged about 250 to have that done All in with electrical taxes and a few other odds and ends I came in under 5k fully installed The unit is quite and heats our home very well We keep the bedroom doors open and that s sufficient to keep every room a consistent temperature Important thing to know is that these minisplits are all made by only a couple of companies Don t be fooled by the pros that want to sell you a different brand because of quality there s a good chance it s the same manufacturer with a different label I should also mention customer service I contacted them once because my shipping was taking longer than expected and they were prompt to answer and offer a legitimate reason Also contacted them twice for technical questions on install and they actually answer the phone quickly and gave proper and knowledgeable answers to the questions
