Decent whole genome company

Seems like one of the better whole genome companies I transferred data from Nebula so that I could use some of the tests So far the tests have offered interesting results Also the customer service seems considerably better than other genomics companies

Having my entire genome sequenced has been useful and I am sure will continue to be going forward I am very glad that I can download my entire genome and unlike some programs it s not being held hostage No big surprises but a lot of confirmation about what I thought I knew

Their v 3 is very thorough and informative They are courteous and helpful with my questions The other reports I have chosen also told me things that clearly applied to my situation Overall a great experience

I went into my initial request for additional information very frustrated and probably less polite than my mother taught me to be Despite those conditions my support rep Ken handled my question-and every question and request there after-with ease kindness and patience going far above and beyond what he had to do just to answer my question He took time I m sure he didn t have to address every concern and provide solutions-both immediately and in the future-to ensure we were satisfied with the results Ken has made us repeat customers and we have since purchased three additional kits as a result THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts You have no idea what these reports mean for us and how significantly they will affect our son s future-it means the world that you ve helped as you have

Ken reached out to address my concern on a weekend which wasn t expected but was very much appreciated The customer service team goes above and beyond for their customers and it shows

Worth it but science doesn t know everything yet

It was easy to use As a user if you dig you know the results can take up to 16 weeks so setting expectations was good But I was more concerned with the obscure issues so its possible that I should ve bought the rare disease report but the sequencing com website doesn t really delineate that they only generate report s based on risks that come back as high confidence results and that some issues may not come back that way i e Possible risk possible detection possible carrier Or possible detection unknown etc and I think the general public doesn t know that However I guess I understand it bc those diseases issues mutations haven t been studied enough or there s not a lot yet known about the disease or this particular mutation or spot on the chromosome etc I had a lot of mutations under Unknown and a heading of Not yet Named or Inborn genetic disease so that s disappointing and yet understandable if the scientific community really doesn t know what those diseases entail So basically it confirmed my entire familial history that I already knew and then confirmed there s other things that are possibly wrong which is something I already knew but can t get medical help with But it the end I think it was worth the money Lastly I d never be able to afford the expedited costs which unfortunately lead to me having to cancel a medical genomic appointment
