Didn t get what I paid for I have been scammedI expect that I will receive the item I have ordered and paid for and then I get an item I didn t order So I see this as a scam This scam sale LAST DAY SALE 49 OFF ANBERNIC RG353VS GAME CONSOLEWhiteOLED1TGB 48 9And i got a cheap plastic handheld console which is worth nothing and straight to the trash can Sequserial If you fix your scam I will remove this message from trust pilot And perhaps you are not aware that you have scammers selling from your purchase site it s not okay to cheat people like that and the 4 weeks waiting time for product shipment for a fake ordre please fix it send me the correct item or refundI dont know if Sequserial com innocent in this trade but still a sale from your sales site then you might as well be accomplices in a scam Waiting for sequserial com to correct this problem

Scammed Ordered same as others on here and recieved cheap 10 unit Sent Sequserial emails and they keep trying to get me to click a link to contact them I sent them copy of my PayPal order with the item I purchased and PayPal payment ID etc and photos of the fake unit and packaging etc I sent this to their PayPal email address that they use for refunds via PayPal ans they tried sending me to the same link to contact them I am not clicking a link to be taken to a site of theirs to have them tell me whatever and me having no proof I am awaiting refund

I ordered the RG353VS and received a piece of plastic with 2 games repeated 300 times I went through the BOT gauntlet to try and speak to support and smooth out a return or exchange and legitimately asked me Can we refund you half and you keep the product This thing is worth like 50 cents or 10 arcade tickets then ask to keep 25 for themselves No thank you don t use this site and don t expect to get what you do order for a month just to be disappointed if you do

This store is a scam I ordered something and they gave fake tracking information that provided ridiculous info about places that don t exist and the package showed as delivered but I never received it When I tried to get help from them they insisted I got it and told me to check with my neighbors and USPS My neighbors didn t have it and USPS told me it was a fake tracking number I went through PayPal and they still kept telling me the same responses and refused a refund Had to dispute the charge with my credit card and got my money back that way A Google search told me this company does this to everyone RUN AWAY NOW DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I wrote this on their website and they deleted it
