Good service in the order fulfilment And I like the grey colour But I was disappointed with my slipper boots This is my 4th pair and I feel that the quality of these is not as good as the first three pairs The woolly lining feels a lot flatter and less comfortable There is almost no covering to the sides of the boot I will need to buy a sole lining to try and make the slippers useful Update I had explained the problem in a more detailed email to Sheepland and their response has been exemplary Feedback noted and a pair of insoles are on the way This is such a good family company and they really do listen to customers So I have changed the star rating to reflect this

the quality of the product was great I purchased the top quality version of the slipper boots I appreciate how difficult it is to handmake these items I felt the stitching could have been more precise

This is the second pair of sheepskin slippers that I have bought because the first were so well made and thanks to the rubber sole lasted a good length of time Consequently I had no hesitation in ordering a new pair from Sheepskin My wife ordered a pair at the same time I ordered my first pair Hers were equally as well made and durable and when she needs a new pair she will also head straight for Sheepskin The customer service is very good too Thank you

Before making up my mind I telephoned with a few questions which were answered by a very helpful lady I then spent time making sure it was the rare breed rug I really wanted Wow my rug arrived quickly wrapped well and secured with a mauve bow and a brush Thank you I am now saving up for another

Arrived very quickly very happy with slippers ordered I wanted some slippers that were both warm and comfortable and not too heavy to wear or keep coming off my feet I ordered the lambs wool boot slippers and love them They are so cosy and warm and fit well and come with replaceable lambs wool inner soles and so also ordered an extra pair for future use I also ordered as they were made by hand here in the UK in Somerset

I have suffered from Reynauds Syndrome Cold hands feet for several years and have resorted to wearing several pairs of socks to attempt to keep my feet warm I have tried all sorts of indoor footwear but nothing seemed to work My wife found this website and ordered a pair of Logan boots for me to be worn indoors After a couple of days wear I can say without any doubt that they are the best value for money footwear I have used They keep my feet and ankles toasty warm whilst wearing a pair of thin socks they are very comfortable the sizing guide was perfect I take a 9 and ordered a 10 Time will tell as they say to see if they perform well the quality seems very good and I fully expect them to last much longer than my previous indoor footwear I would give these boots a five star rating based upon my experience with them so far swift free delivery as well What more could anybody ask David

Sheepland customer service is excellent So unusual in this day and age Their products are also excellent and it s nice to see a small company doing well in these hard times I can t rate them highly enough
