The slippers that I bought are lovely but I don t like the new fleeces as much as the old ones I got the newer style to try them out They are great but I prefer the old ones I have had several pairs over the years and just love them

These are lovely well constructed slipper boots However they are feeling too big unless I wear very thick socks I ordered the 6 for a 5 as suggested This means that without the socks they are somewhat dangerous to walk around in I am usually a straight 5 and have slim ankles so I wish I had just ordered the 5 However having tried them for a very short time as needed they were not pristine as is required for returning So a tad disappointed My one criticism is this sizing of a 6 for a 5 etc There really is no need as there is enough explanation really for people to read how sheepskin fits I would buy again but I would stay true to my size instead of taking the advice

When I received my purchase the sheepskin liners were flaking a lot I called left a message on the answer phone as it asks you to promising to call you and I have had no response Its been over a week I have now had a response and spoken to the lady who was lovely and had forgotten to tell the person who was looking after everything while she was away to check the answer phone She has subsequently sent me a different product to try free of charge and I believe she genuinely feels bad about my experience This is why I have gone from 1 star to 4 stars

I ordered slippers as the model was being discontinued They arrived very quickly and are good quality Only gave 4 stars as the styling has changed a little and they are not quite so beautifully constructed as mu old ones however they will do the job nicely

You can order over the phone and talk to a Human being instead of just online ordering Ordered a Russian Zhivago style ladies hat The lady said they would have one made and would take a week Then I got a message from Royal Mail saying my order was going to be the following day It arrived on time the following day Absolutely stunning hat Very glamorous for that Glamorous Russian Girl look I ordered it in black but it is also available in dark brown and a Blondie colour Wear with your most glamorous makeup and red lips It is beautifully made Sheepskin crown lined in fleece and the most sumptuous long soft Sheepskin Timeless and Classy The staff are absolutely wonderful too and the Sewing Lady did this for me straight away Such a beautiful hand made in England hat It was beautifully packaged in a box wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a pretty cotton tote bag with the Company name printed on it so even useful to have the bag to keep it in when not wearing it and bag tied with a ribbon They do many other items too Boots gloves rugs and other designs of hats Menswear too Highly recommend this company
