Rude and Unprofessional

For many years the same station has been used at 671 W Main ave Taylorsville NC It s been good until the past three years I am sure of Pumps hardly ever work anymore then find out you pay inside because there is still no sign saying so The clerk acts inconvenienced as usual Today even being told I need my ID to get gas Because of drive offs Understandable to not want that to happen again but punish loyal paying customers

How do you get away with ripping your customers off so badly at your motorway service stations I have had to buy fuel twice over the last couple of months once on the M5 and once on the M40 each time I was forced to pay over 30p a litre ABOVE the same diesel at a local Shell station

I had a very bad experience with one of your petrol stations on the A217 as I was going home to Crawley he overcharged me by 20 I can t see Harry made a mistake with my fuel what is 46 57 and a can of Redbull a small one I confronted him and he didn t know what to say I think the fuel station is on a fiddle people day to check their receipts Every time they leave the station I ll be contacting head office first thing Monday morning

i have been riding a motorcycle for over 45 years popped into my didsbury manchester shell garage atarted to fill up got to 1 30 and the attendant stopped the pump i didnt hear what he said so i went in where he told me bikers are only allowed to used pump 1 2 at this point i went ballistic as i know my rights mainly that your not allowed to victimize people on how they look i think its called sharon law after a heated exchange he did put the pump back on but only to get rid of me i think now every time i go in i am fearful of it happening again as it was so embarrassing and of any future confrontation

Never ever buy anything from Shell can t return it

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Shell Cambridge Services that left me highly dissatisfied I was traveling for work and realized I had forgotten my high-visibility jacket at home As a precautionary measure I purchased a new one from Shell Cambridge Services only to later discover that I didn t actually need it as I had returned back up north Upon my return to my local Shell station I attempted to return the high-visibility jacket but to my dismay I was denied the opportunity to do so Frustrated with this outcome I reached out to Shell s customer services team for an amicable solution Unfortunately I was met with disappointment yet again when I was told that there was nothing they could do unless I personally took the item back to the Shell Cambridge Services store a nearly 200-mile journey making it an impractical and costly 400-mile round trip for me I spoke with Mateusz from Customer Operations who suggested that I could potentially get a refund if I posted the item back at my own expense and it was accepted after inspection The fact that a full receipt and the jacket s tags still intact as it was never worn were not enough to facilitate a simple return is simply astonishing It is disappointing to witness a well-known company like Shell not honoring trading standards guidelines for returning an item To make matters worse I promptly emailed Shell the next day well within the presumed 14-day return window but still received no satisfactory resolution I find it hard to believe that there is only one Shell store in the entire country selling these items and that the return has to be limited to that specific location This lack of flexibility and consideration for customer convenience is appalling I am now left out of pocket unable to return the item and faced with additional costs should I choose to send it back or make the lengthy trip to Cambridge This whole experience has been frustrating and has left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding Shell s return policy and customer service In conclusion I expected more from a reputable company like Shell but sadly they have failed to meet even the basic expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction I would caution others to be wary of making purchases from Shell especially if there is a possibility of needing to return an item The lack of understanding inflexibility and disregard for trading standards guidelines have led to an incredibly disappointing and financially burdensome experience for me

Shell broadband Don t go with this company for your broadband I have had no solid service since November 2022 keep reporting issues to customer service tried everything to get it working All their trouble shooting but still left without service Just warning other customers as this has been so stressful I would grade no stars but it wouldn t let me absolute SCAM Very unhappy customer
