I called the call centre snd reported my experience on the 19 April 2022 I was assured of a call back concerning my problem To date the 22 April 2022 I have not received any feedback or call I assume and hope your calls are all recorded I once again have to pick up a passenger from the City bug at your Shell at KHS Oliver Tambo st Klerksdorp NW PROVINCE much to my dissatisfaction only to be annoyed by the same problem Go back to your call centre and listen to my call and rectify this problem Thus matter has been reported to the shuttle service too

Be very careful when using a Shell garage I used my local Shell Garage Old Shoreham Road Hove recently I paid for my petrol with my card Nothing was said as it was presumed that payment was made but later I found out that payment was not taken They employ an aggressive firm called Forecourt Eye to chase the debt Unlike large organisations that have good customer service they levy a fine of 30 immediately even if the fault is with them or their payment machine This practice must be stopped as it feels coercive and unfair DO NOT USE SHELL until this aggressive approach has stopped

Location 10332 Culver Blvd 90232-3405 Culver City US Worst service ever My partner and I went to this gas station around 7am on 02 25 22 the service clerk was too busy engaging in a personal conversation on her cell phone in what appears to be an office behind the register area that she never even acknowledged or greeted us I went to grab a sandwich from the cooler only to find that they all were dated to expire 02 09 2022 these sandwiches were on the shelves more than 2 weeks pass their expiration date When we got the counter the clerk came out with whomever she was talking to still on the phone on speaker I informed her the sandwiches were expired and she simply said ok as though this was nothing The service here was terrible

Shell broadband the worse I ve ever been with switched to shell good for 3 weeks then connection kept on dropping for days on end 3 days then 2 days then 4 days Customer service rubbish said nothing wrong had to prove to them IP address was not connecting In the end had to buy myself out of the contract luckily BT bought me out Never again DONT bother

Currently we are all paying 100 to use the pay at the pump facility and sure enough even if you only spend say 20 the remaining 80 wouldn t be credited to your account till some days later The actual amount for fuel was taken 2 days later but I m still waiting for my 79 1 week later Only at Shell does this happen all the Supermarkets refund you within 2 days No wonder these fuel companies have massive profits holding millions of pounds every day for 1 week earning interest I won t be using pay at the pump again would rather have the money in my own account were I can spend it on essentials like food and beer

SAFETY What a rip off joke
Traveling along bypass and my tyre was very low in pressure causing steering pull Went to Shell petrol station near WREXHAM football ground Went to get chang for air compressor to be told minimum price 1 Would not be ripped off at that price Morrison petrol etc that use the same firm supplying the equipment charge 50 pence half the price They still make a profit and charge less for fuel Considering Shell are meant to promote SAFETY they rip customers off double the price of competitors for basic air supply that used to be free Absolute disgrace when they can set the charges
