The app is slow and sluggish

The app is slow and sluggish I have NOT BEEN PAID FOR 3 SHIFTS I JUST COMPLETED No answer to my texts messages and can t get through to the contact number where the menu options are at the beginning as it hangs up on me regardless of which prompt I chose

I ve been a reliable shiftsmart worker this is BS

I ve been a reliable shiftsmart worker for about 3 months now I have worked over 30 shifts Never had any issues up until the 5th of this month I got to the Circle K cleaning job I had picked up and when I got there the manager had already left and she didn t leave a clock in code I created a support ticket and gave them all the information they needed to verify I was there and they just never responded to me everytime I create a new ticket asking why and how they just aren t going to pay me it just get deleted within a hour I was there I took a selfie with a sign with the store number on it I ve worked at that location multiple times it s right by my house I m just irritated like I worked for that money

Located in central Arizona I worked for shiftsmart since june of this year I was a former circle k employee so I had good experience Initially things were going well I showed up all the time for my shifts I worked very hard Only to be fired for someone calling me out of my name and verbally abusing me on my way in to work Corporate does not value or respect there employees The incident that allegedly occured was on a recorded audio I was never aggressive towards the customer that called in but corporate took there word for it This company is a joke Shiftsmart is basically circle k Circle k doesn t respect there employees they are disposable Large corporations like these put the customer above the people who drive their companies sales You should never take verbal abuse from anyone even while you are at work How do you fire someone through a text without any explanation Very unethical I would not recommend

This the worst company their liars there money hungry buzzards and they don t pay like the suppose to thry give false advertisement about going through a 2 hour class you get a bonus another lie listen please before you decide to go work with these creeps look at BBB about complaints about this joke if a business they no good you think you will get un broke with these buzzards you are wrong read BBB YOU will see you be working for free slot of time

This shiftsmart company is a complete sham they will make you work and never pay you for the shift and then to top it off the shifts I did work do t even show up in the worked shifts tab in the app and I followed every guideline and rule and even instructions to a T and they still keep telling me that the people that run their shiftsmart app are a 3rd party and I would just haft to give them a 90 day shiftsmart is a scam period

Aside from their circle k client s employees being able to get away with treating shiftsmart workers like crap now if you have a question about something urgently needing help with a live agent sorry it s not happening There s this 855 540 6624 online but when you call it it s a recording that speaks real fast tells you where to go online which we all already know if we wanted to go online we would of would n t be calling Completely fake another way to avoid having any partners on the phone a lie cause it shows this as being a live agent a recording computer is not live agent so it is a lie They say to call it no later than 6 p m eastern time well ok I can see that being a issue if it really were live agents not some recording Prior to this I have put my questions in the msg part of the app still no answers great feel valued important as a partner The only times they respond is when you are sceduled to work even then you may not get a response or not for awhile

They didn t know I was coming

I showed up for my first job at Royal Farms When I told the assistant manager I was there to work she toldme that they don t have any knowledge of me working there today I sent a message through the app app has been having issues for a few days as well as a text message to Tess whom I have a telephone number for no response at all I guess it s a wrap for Shiftsmart

Time wasted won t pay Ignored emails

Spent my weekend doing some shift smart surveys and drove around 150 miles over 6 hours of work for some extra cash to find my account had been blocked the next day without reason or warning They have IGNORED MY EMAILS AND THE CALL NUMBER ISN T EVEN REAL I wasted my weekend and not to mention the hours of driving and petrol down the drain Will be taking this further with FCA if I don t get paid

CHEATING WITH PEOPLE

They gave me a shirt last month I went on time they said they fully booked that day so they can t let me in but they will give me composition and send me home Then its 20 days now I contract with them too many time for my travel cost at list but they didn t reply even they deleted my massage They are giving roles for Facebook smart gadget surveys I even can t believe how they cheating with people like that and doing partner with company like Facebook such a shame
