We are a small business without any HR support and worksmarter has enabled us to manage holiday and absence recording so much more effortlessly Its been a great little tool for us and would highly recommend it

A breath of fresh air In a complex world of keeping staff records managing holidays and absences WorkSmarter has made our lives so much easier We are able to allow staff the permissions to request holidays through their own portals manage their files and importantly collaborate with other departments - which makes handling day to day workforce management a breeze Whenever we need assistance we are always dealt with by the owners which in this day and age is unheard of and quite refreshing The document banks are essential and always up to date and have made our lives super easy we wouldn t be without it
