Great System - Easy to Use

We started to use Worksmarter around 2 years ago As we have grown as a company this has made keeping a track of employee holidays and sick days so much easier than a wall chart We would not like to be without the system now it is also much quicker for employees to see when they can book time off and the amount of days they still have available

Excellent system They have anticipated everything that you might need including part time working hours pro-rata payments and so on We ve tried several different systems and none have been quite right but this one is perfect Highly recommended

A breath of fresh air In a complex world of keeping staff records managing holidays and absences WorkSmarter has made our lives so much easier We are able to allow staff the permissions to request holidays through their own portals manage their files and importantly collaborate with other departments - which makes handling day to day workforce management a breeze Whenever we need assistance we are always dealt with by the owners which in this day and age is unheard of and quite refreshing The document banks are essential and always up to date and have made our lives super easy we wouldn t be without it
