Not a five year warranty On the chin
The chin curtain on my Neotec 2 is falling apart and was only six months old though it did take me till now to ask for a new one as winter is on its way the lid is now only 53 weeks old and the lid is advertised as having a five-year warranty I made a claim to be told the chin curtain is not covered and I can buy a new one

I have left my 1 month old helmet for repair at a dealer in denmark MC-X and it is now a month ago Mc-X says it is sendt to Shoei in Germany for repair and the shoei sales agent i denmark says that no helmet it sendt to Shoei from Mc-X in denmark I have sendt several emails to shoei in hope to find my helmet but no one responds Great service Neotec 3

Shoei excel on service
Purchased gt air 2 four and a half yrs ago after 30 k of riding and on a trip to 12 countries in Europe the internal sunvisor malfunctioned took it back to dealer on arrival back in UK millennium motorcycles st Helens they were fantastic and do were shoei they sent the lid back to Germany and fitted new wires and gear for the internal visor and even cleaned the lid they stood true to there Yr warranty and lid was shipped back very quick Top marks shoei
