Item is overdue
Item is overdue Tracking says its been at the airport for 7 days Don t know if I will ever get it Company say as it s not been located I can t get a refund Originally cancelled order with Wowcher because after I paid for the item they wanted to charge delivery fee When I asked to cancel they said they would pay delivery fee Both companies are useless NEVER BUY FROM WOWCHER OR SHOP IN STORE They take your money and don t give you your item

I made a purchase on shopinstore com and overall the service was good However the jacket I received was smaller than I anticipated Fortunately the customer service team quickly resolved the issue by providing a full refund Based on my experience I believe this online store is trustworthy and would recommend it despite some items being a bit pricier
