Shoppy is a good shop to start

Shoppy is a good shop to start Its easy to understand But if you have a Problem the Support doesn t really help You have to create a new Support Ticket every time even if the Email is a response to the old 1hr ago one

Decent support on email but

Decent support on email but I am not too happy regarding a purchase via shoppy i did 2 months ago I was paying for credits on a site which also owned for shoppy owner and took me weeks before i got my credits However owner does not care about giving me awards which I also paid for during the black friday sale

Decent but needs improvements

Shoppy is a decent platform for creating a quick and easy store However as someone who has used the site for sales over the past year or so I have a few notes Half the product emails end up in buyers spam email boxes resulting in some un-necessarily poor feedback Buyers receive a receipt email separate to the one delivering digital goods which means they often see the receipt and think that the order ID is the serial they purchased for example I have had issues logging in and managing my account from time to time and there is very little support available for issues like this
