I ordered a short set from them for the first time as a gift and when the person received it it had a tear in the shirt from the hanger that they kept on the outfit Very disappointed

Ordered shoes and when I got them saw they had a huge red stain Tried to return but no call back no communication How do you get in contact with anyone These people are thieves

Don t buy from this company I spent over an hour trying to get them to exchange my size 9 shoes for a size 9 5 wide size Same shoe different size They wouldn t do it stating that it was a different style and I paid a different price for it since it was on sale at the time I bought it They wanted me to repurchase it so I would have to pay more for it All I wanted was an even exchange which it was just a different size They wouldn t send me a shipping label

Received used returned shoes

I ordered a pair of tie dye converse for my nieces birthday When I asked customer service when they would arrive they would not be me an answer The shoes arrived and when I opened the package I could tell these were worn and returned The box was tore up the shoes were scuffed up the laces had stickers in them the shoes had marks on the inside along with cat or dog hair My nieces birthday party was the very next day and I didn t have the present I was wanting to give her I did my part by ordering and paying in time to have these here for her birthday party This company did not do their part in supplying the shoes that I was promised in new condition I was given the option to return the shoes and get a refund or to return the shoes and get a replacement But I am still upset that I had to go buy another gift to replace the shoes so I would have a present to bring to the party That s extra money out of my pocket for an incompetent company I should have ordered from Footlocker or another company

I arrived at a wss location in san antonio tx on commerce 12 Mins before closing time and dude seen me as I pulled up and he locked the door They are supposed to close at 9 pm I had 12 mins till 9 and they had already closed and locked the door before 9pm Very rude

They Treat You Like Garbage

I ordered a pair of shoes and of course they took my money right away Then they sent me pink high tops made for little girls I ordered Nikes After forcing me to correct t THEIR mistake they several days to tell me that what I ordered wasn t available I asked for a coupon or something to make it right but that request was refused I asked for a refund After they took my money almost immediately after I placed my order they tell me that I have to wait several days for my refund Just order your shoes from someone local They likely have more availability and won t treat you like garbage

Ordered a pair of air max - per website 24-48 hrs to process order it s been 6 days - order still not processed customer service still won t provide a timeframe as of yesterday
