The appointment was set up 2 hours after I called They were able to come to our home the next day I received a call from the driver on the day of shredding The driver said he would arrive within the hour The driver showed up 45 minutes later Loaded up the documents and the process was completed in 5 minutes The entire process could not have been any easier Thank you
