Response time a bit too long 12 hours but at least they know what they are talking about Refuses to provide refund despite claiming to provide this in their terms of service

Before the main topic I must say that their support seems to be closed on the weekend They responded to my messages over the weekend one in almost 5 hours another in 7 hours and another after 17 hours Their answer is we have weekend so our team will answer to this when they have time In fact if your online business is in jeopardy over the weekend they will take care of you when they have free time In fact they have forgotten that they are not a supermarket that closes its shop on the weekend They are hosting and other people s online businesses are tied to their team around the clock On other days of the week sometimes they answer early and sometimes very late main subject I got a German server from them and on some sites when I enter its IP its location shows America I told them that there is a problem with the IP and that my work is sensitive and I must have a problem-free IP you change the IP or replace my server But they say there is no problem and refuse to change the IP and server They are not reliable for sensitive and important businesses
