Enormously poor customer service

Ordered some mounts on January 3rd 2023 didn t hear anything from them for weeks so I emailed and Joseph Hodges said it would be another week before they got the shipment and the next notification I receive will be it shipping that was 3 weeks ago This company doesn t seem to give a crap and they can t see that they need to open a branch in the US and quit trying to produce everything in one place because it s obvious they can t keep up They better hope the mounts are perfect or I m getting a full refund plus a refund on the shipping and I don t care what they say Update Cancelled the order for a refund and the useless employees couldn t even apologize for it taking outrageously long with 0 updates Save your money and buy elsewhere

I ve purchased chair mounts a keyboard tray the swivel adapter and mouse tray extension All were received quickly I had one issue with the swivel mount end cap but after contacting support they sent me replacement end caps at no cost out of warranty I have no regrets for my purchase The entire system is a good value for a trouble-free and expandable platform
