SIMBA has really bad connection from Jurong East all the way through the tunnels On the red line it also has bad connection from Novena to at least woodlands 5G at low prices are useless if SIMBA can t even fulfil itd basic functions

Customer service is non existent
I only have one thing to say about SIMBA NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL I paid for two SIM cards and requested for porting-in existing number and they failed to port in They took their own sweet time and even though it was urgent they delayed porting for more than 4 days and did not respond for more than 24 hrs and only through email There s no one you can talk to or chat with online Customer service is practically non existent with SIMBA End of the day they ate my money which I paid for the two unusable SIM cards They expected me to pay additional for another two SIM cards for new numbers even though it was their fault with failed porting-in Even my two sons gave up on them We will never use SIMBA even if they offer free unlimited data plan

No information - no one showing up
unreachable customer service When they reply after several days the service is terrible I order broadband but on the day of installation no one showed up I had to wait in my apartment all day as they state If you miss your appointment a rescheduling fee of 61 04 will apply After waiting all day and not being able to reach customer service I sent a cancellation mail and ordered broadband via Singtel Now they require me to pay FULL cost for the 12month period I understand the installation is 3rd party Simba still have the responsibility to inform me about any delays I have the right to cancel when installation is not performed as agreed

I sign up for broadband service on 6th
I sign up for broadband service on 6th December 2024 And a schedule was send to me to select 11th or 12th for installation However it came to shock that they delayed the installation to 23rd December and then further to 27th December There is nothing they can do except to push all the issue relating to NetLink Trust To me I deal and sign up with SIMBA and I believe they have to solve it for customer I fully regrets signing up with SIMBA and will definitely escalate my bad encounter to other platform and all my contact It is so drepressing to know this happen I could have sign up with other operator and already have it install and ready by now I truly are dissapointed with how SIMBA have react to this

I was attracted to and enticed by the amount of data plan and low price Please don t be fooled Data connection in Singapore sucks I have just ported my number barely 2 weeks ago and the internet connection is very bad Both my data and wifi is on but the connectivity will keep loading on and off Sometimes saying there is no internet connection I will continue to trial for 1 month If there is still connection issues I will switch back to my previous service provider

Does not even deserve a single starI am shocked to see that I ve been charged on 9 Dec for next cycle starting 13 Dec I have not given authorisation to continue using my credit card for subsequent subscription I have grave concerns that my credit card was charged without me agreeing and authorising for recurring payments With StarHub SingTel or other major telcos before allowing the telco to charge your credit card for recurring payments the customers need to explicitly submit a form to authorize telco to do so Simba simply just proceeds to charge the recurring bills to the card that was used for the initial bill And there is NO WAY to view and manage the payment method on the Simba app NO hotline to call NO replies to emails sent
