From start to finish my experience with Simon Morris Transport was professional and efficient They provided packing materials early so I could wrap some items without hesitation On the packing days they were careful and considerate of both our possessions and house Everything was well wrapped and we had no breakages or damage The removal vans and packing materials were clean and the team were considerate of our neighbours and loading went very smoothly Our new house was close but we experienced a delay collecting the keys and were forced to all sit and watch a truly unprofessional company finish moving the people out of our new house Whilst not the cheapest removal company we could have used they were worth every penny They covered the floors took care not to damage walls or property worked hard and into the evening because of the delay They built beds placed furniture and moved a fewItems from one room to another when we changed our mind They collected boxes and wrapping quickly when we asked them I cannot rate them highly enough especially Sam who was brilliant throughout Thank you to all
