Very bad experience NEVER ORDER

Very bad experience I ordered for more than 200 and I never Recived the goods They keep telling be that the order has been delivered but when I ask for the shipping number they don t give it to me and tell me that I have to check with the post office I keep telling them that I can not ask for a shipment if they don t give me the number of tracking but they still don t give it to me Have the feeling that they are playing with me and will definitely never order again

Do not order from this shop

i order some items online and returned most of the order It has been over 2 weeks and still havent received a refund I emailed them - no reply I tried to call them and the line is engaged Never again i will order from this shop

Spent 1 700 on a sofa not sure we ll ever receive it

We ordered the Duke sofa from Sissy Boy at the Antwerp shop We were told the delivery time would be 8-12 weeks not ideal but we decided it was worth the wait After around 8 weeks they had us pay the remaining amount you pay only a portion up front and indicated the sofa would be ready in a few weeks for delivery After the day comes and goes we call They tell us it will be 2 more weeks After that day comes and goes we call and they tell us it will be an additional 8 weeks to wait -- 20 weeks total instead of the 12 weeks max to which both parties committed They have lied to us twice regarding it being nearly ready so it appears they are a dishonest company All of this they have done without initiating communication to resolve the issue They just wait for us to call them when it does not show--incredibly unprofessional And this is after spending around 1 700 euro up front They have not offered us a refund or a way out only a 50 euro discount for this situation Still no sofa and I worry it simply won t show at all A real mess of a company I will not be shopping there again

Disappointing experience

The customer service I experienced concerning the warranty claim of a rug I recently purchased was completely outrageous I reported that the strings of the rug are coming out and I was accused of not taking good care of the product which is shocking I certainly do not recommend purchasing with this company as they do not treat their customers with due respect and are completely indifferent about the problems that their customers experience with their products

Very Bad Experience - Would Not Recommend

I ordered the BARON Sofa and Foot Rest Tabouret on 01 April 2023 they are made to order and so it wasn t delivered until 29 June 2023 When it arrived the Tabouret was a different colour to the sofa I had ordered them in same colour The customer service department acknowledged the error and arranged for a new Tabouret to be sent to me however I had to wait another 12 weeks for it - when it eventually arrived on 17 October 2023 the new Tabouret was AGAIN the same wrong colour and not the correct colour I refused the order from the courier who told me this is a common problem with Sissy Boy It has now been almost two weeks and despite my emails to the customer service department I have yet to receive a response My order with Sissy Boy was worth 2500 EUR and yet they do not seem to care - I would advise anyone looking to purchase a sofa or any higher-value item from them to use another company as unfortunately they cannot be trusted which is a shame as their products are very nice

Bad quality of bag

I purchased a bag online and received on the 07 12 22 Having in mind the stones on the bag I feared the stones falling off if the bag was just used anyhow So The bag was very carefully used on the 08 12 22 and when I got home I noticed the stone was out I am so disappointed because I paid a lot for this bag and it proves how low the quality is just by 1 use the stone is already out Soon all of them can easily fall off The whole beauty of the bag is the branded name on it which is written with stones now that 1 stone is missing it takes away a letter from the brand I am extremely upset as this bag is brand new I literally used it for a few hours
