Doesn t Answer Tickets No US Payment Method
I signed up with this company through an ad in Web Hosting Talk a US company When I signed up the business appeared to US located When it was time to renew I could no longer pay with Paypal and the company seemed to have an Indian focus I opened a ticket about paying with a method that worked for a US customer but never received a reply I regard this as extremely poor customer service If the company had replied to the ticket and explained the change of focus and that US payment methods are no longer available i would have been satisfied with that response
