Brought a very expensive product from them amd it stopped working after a couple of uses Emailed them several times amd no reply Tried leaving a review for the product on there website amd its no where to be seen only the good ones show Absolute scam

Awful company Ordered and IPL device when it arrived it was cheap and flimsy looking I wanted to return the device but I am have been informed the company won t accept returns so I have wasted nearly 80 Please avoid Skincare options

IPL device fake they won t honor their refund policy Scam

I purchased the at home IPL device in January The site said you have 90 days to try it and if it doesn t work or you re not satisfied you can return it They then shut the site down and the only way to see my order was through email I used that email from January to request a refund and they asked for a video as evidence to return it but wouldn t say what that needed to be nor was that part of the return policy when I purchased the item Then they stopped responding and flagged my review to be removed Now I m having to contact my bank to get my money back The device is a knock off made to look like an IPL device but actually does nothing and does not feel or function like real IPL devices

Scam Site Knockoffs from China

Ordered an 198 nail lamp received a 20 knock off from China no response from company they will scam you out of your money would recommend avoiding this company

Product received but it s defective won t refund So now I need to take it up with my credit card company This company is based in china I think it s not right you sent my order incorrectly but you expect me to post the item out of my own pocket all the way to china This is unacceptable
