These products are absolute rubbish No visible effects from two different eye creams the botox shot definitely made no difference either The lip plumper did work for about a minute but then was so disgustingly thick and sticky I couldn t actually remove it from my mouth Waste of money - do yourself a favour and don t bother

Ive never orderd from this company but they are texting me several times a day I block then I get a text from a different number from them even at 2am in the morning I wish they would just leave me alone and from all the other reviews on them on here emails to them asking them to stop makes no difference even if it proves to be the best product out there I wouldn t buy it because they are so ruddy annoying

Deleting bad reviews I made a review about the eye serum for bags and circles Gave it a bad review it didn t work on me at all and actually it made my circles darker I also bought the Botox shot serum have used it for a month now and absolutely nothing What a rip off Never again They clearly delete the bad reviews since mine is not there and I think that is misleading people

Awful company to deal with
Ordered in March still not received my order or a refund They then said it has been delivered but I have not received it Now want me to chase it with the delivery company I have no shipment number or any information the form asks for like the address the order was shipped from It obviously needs to be filled in by the seller but they refuse Ive given up now i ve got nowhere in 3 months All I know is i will never buy anything from the company again Disgusting customer service Avoid at all costs if you don t want to give money away

I had ordered a revitalising neck cream a fortnight ago from SkinLabo because instead of receiving the actual product I was sent a lip plumper which I don t need as I m fortunate to have natural full lips A family trait I d contacted SkinLabo twice to inform them of their mistake and requested for the item I d asked for to be sent to me I have yet to receive an acknowledgement from them It s such a shame that I have to write this negative feedback but a responsible professional company should respond to client s concerns in good time

Ordered the Intensive lift eye serum for bags and dark circles which is a great product and works as I ve ordered it before with no issues This time it didn t arrive then when I contacted them they said they d contact the courier to check where it was as it was noted as delivered I heard nothing back I repeatedly contacted them by email online chat messages and whatsapp to ask for my order They never responded and finally after weeks they just refunded me without saying anything Terrible service Shame as I would have kept ordering the product

I ordered a product on the 26 12 2023 Informed them on the 8 01 2024 was told they would FedX right away 16 01 2024 said they have posted it 26 01 2024 still waiting I have contacted them again so we shall see But really I am disappointed and disgusted by the way they conduct their business

My experience is far from good I placed an order over a month ago and now I have not received my package Skinlabo has not even given the package to the distributor even though they received a delivery order on December 13th I have repeatedly written to Skinlabo and they have replied that they had technical problems but they are solved now and they will send my package that was two weeks ago but nothing has happened and now they don t answer when I write I have ordered goods in the past and I have been very satisfied but now I have completely lost confidence

Firstly you don t even deserve one star but I had to because it doesn t allow me to give zero stars I order from you in December for quite a large order and waiting ages to receive my items Finally when I did received them all of my order wasn t even in there I have emailed you MANY times via your email but nobody bothers to get back to me I know it s the correct email because when I didn t receive my order for a long time I emailed you back then and you did reply that time Also in my order if I spent a certain amount of money I was due a free gift which encouraged me to spend jsut that little bit more even that free product was out of date Is that what you do Give free gifts to customer that are old and expired What a disgusting service from your company You can stop sending me crap emails and pathetic offers to purchase more items from you and let s talk about reimbursing me for the missing one I didn t receive first Very very poor and disgraceful service
