I ordered their trial size Volumizing Shampoo bar that included a free hair brush and a tube of the Hylaronic Crepe Decollete cream and everything came today It did take a couple weeks but it got to me fine I used the shampoo bar and I actually like it I also tried the cream tonight so I ll see if it works over the next couple weeks

I had written a review of Skin Labo on 21 8 2020 and awarded them 1 star I now wish to amend that review as they responded well when they realised their mistake- they had sent me a lip plumper instead of the product I wanted - revitalising neck cream They deserve good recognition for the great effort they ve made in correcting their mistake

These products are truly fantastic it s just tiny bottles but clearly of high quality very concentrated and effective I came to know SkinLabo by chance when I received a free sample in a restaurant on vacation in Marbella and have been hooked ever since The only criticism is that the website is not particularly user-friendly this really could be improved It may be because I m from Belgium because I keep getting redirected to the French website but once a product has been added to the shopping cart you always have to click to go to checkout before you can return to the online shop and continue shopping And after each addition a pop-up appears suggesting you add certain other products as well which can t be closed unless you go back to the previous screen And lastly even if I have ordered several times now I always have to create a new customer account because when I try to log in my email address is supposedly not yet known by them But to end on a positive note a quite big order of mine went once missing the package was lost by the shipping company and the SkinLabo customer service even from the HQ in Italy helped me well until it finally got resolved
