Think twice before giving this company your money The staff give incorrect information knowing full well this will cause you to lose all your money hundreds of pounds Their lower management have no interest in their staff s poor customer service refuse to communicate with you then refuse to allow you to escalate this to a higher level of the management team and to top it off when they feel they are done with the complaint they ignore your emails and when you call the office the receptionist laughs as though your complaint is funny NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR You are best off spending your money elsewhere even if it means spending a little bit extra

If I could give 0 I would Would I recommend definitely not before I start this review this has nothing to do with instructors they may be amazing but shame about the management level and the business it self If you want a job that allows you to say what you like lie to customers and get away with it this is the place for you if you want a fall under a manager that shows no empathy chooses to ignore you refuses to communicate through the phone then Josh is for you Josh is as helpful as a chocolate fireguard I may go as far to say actually the fireguard may be better He has no compassion for customers allows his staff to do as they please and say as they like with no repercussions Josh seems to be very intouch with terms and condition but yet can t seem to grasp that his employee tell you the incorrect information but you have to abide by the terms and conditions that they actually chance I ve spent over a week now back and forth with Josh to the point now he has ignored many emails I can add all of our communication Into this review if need be so people can actually see how the people they deal with in the business refuses to come to a resolution that suits both parties nor refuses to pass on higher management details or ask them to contact me Would not give them any more money and definitely do not recommend Add to this the receptionist thinks it s acceptable to laugh down the phone and show absolutely no sense of knowledge in what she was saying just sums up the rest of the review tbh Just to add isn t it funny no reviews for a while and then since the two bad reviews all of a sudden people are leaving reviews seems the business are pushing for reviews to try up their score just says it all also the fact the staff are leaving reviews Full time skydiver and marketing lead need I say anymore about the review being left

My skydive was an amazing experience The staff are first class very helpful and very understanding of my ageMy tandem Jan was amazing and Pete the camera manCan t thanks them enough for making this a wonderful experience

I had the most exhilarating experience at Skydive Langar and it was all thanks to Ben my incredible skydiving instructor From start to finish Ben made the entire process seamless and enjoyable His professionalism and expertise were evident as he meticulously explained every step of the jump ensuring I felt completely prepared and safe Ben s friendly demeanor and calming presence made a world of difference especially as a first-time skydiver He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns which made me feel confident and excited rather than nervous The jump itself was absolutely breathtaking the rush of freefall followed by the serene descent with the parachute opened was an unforgettable experience The facilities at Skydive Langar were top-notch and the entire staff was welcoming and supportive But it was Ben s exceptional guidance and enthusiasm that truly made this adventure a five-star experience I highly recommend Skydive Langar and if you have the chance to jump with Ben you re in for an extraordinary treat

From arrival where checking in begins the receptionist is very informative Once the last bits and pieces are paid for your fate is sealed A few minutes later you are in the safety briefing which allows you to understand whats going to take place and the safety positions required If your lucky you also get to meet your experienced diver Yan my experienced diver was more than I could have hoped for jovial kind and above all loves his job He guided me through the entire experience from ground to air and back to ground again I had an awesome time and would highly recommend the tandum experience here at Langar Thanks Yan

Indescribable experience A great opportunity to fundraise for a worthwhile cause then tick something wonderful off the bucket list The staff were incredible from start to end and would make even the most nervous person feel a great excitement Everything was explained carefully step by step and key steps to remember repeated - although the main thing to do was have fun Despite weather delaying our dive from 11am to after 6pm the staff kept us well updated were super friendly and polite and made the experience absolutely magical My videographer and tandem dive partner were both stars Videos photographs had arrived within hours of jumping too - super fast turn around Thank you for such a memorable life moment

A very nervous and excited time doing a Parachute jump made more fun with the professional team at Langer

It s a fantastic experience I would highly recommend skydive langar The staff are fantastic they make you feel safe and at ease Definitely go for the video and photos package you get to look back on them and show friends and that alone is worth it

Skydive Langar was one of the greatest experiences of my life so far The staff were all fantastic friendly and professional They made me feel relaxed and safe about my jump which in turn made me enjoy it even more I can t praise the trainers and everyone else involved enough thanks Skydive Langar for an exceptional day out will definitely be coming back
