Think twice before giving this company

Think twice before giving this company your money The staff give incorrect information knowing full well this will cause you to lose all your money hundreds of pounds Their lower management have no interest in their staff s poor customer service refuse to communicate with you then refuse to allow you to escalate this to a higher level of the management team and to top it off when they feel they are done with the complaint they ignore your emails and when you call the office the receptionist laughs as though your complaint is funny NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR You are best off spending your money elsewhere even if it means spending a little bit extra

If I could give 0 I would Would I recommend definitely not before I start this review this has nothing to do with instructors they may be amazing but shame about the management level and the business it self If you want a job that allows you to say what you like lie to customers and get away with it this is the place for you if you want a fall under a manager that shows no empathy chooses to ignore you refuses to communicate through the phone then Josh is for you Josh is as helpful as a chocolate fireguard I may go as far to say actually the fireguard may be better He has no compassion for customers allows his staff to do as they please and say as they like with no repercussions Josh seems to be very intouch with terms and condition but yet can t seem to grasp that his employee tell you the incorrect information but you have to abide by the terms and conditions that they actually chance I ve spent over a week now back and forth with Josh to the point now he has ignored many emails I can add all of our communication Into this review if need be so people can actually see how the people they deal with in the business refuses to come to a resolution that suits both parties nor refuses to pass on higher management details or ask them to contact me Would not give them any more money and definitely do not recommend Add to this the receptionist thinks it s acceptable to laugh down the phone and show absolutely no sense of knowledge in what she was saying just sums up the rest of the review tbh Just to add isn t it funny no reviews for a while and then since the two bad reviews all of a sudden people are leaving reviews seems the business are pushing for reviews to try up their score just says it all also the fact the staff are leaving reviews Full time skydiver and marketing lead need I say anymore about the review being left
