Little fare very high

I have booked through but haven t received pnr for my travel When checked with the customer care they are not been able to help me out

I want booking but after select makemy trip then they will not accepted payment and said to problem isue through Skyscanner continue and if direct then no problem

Prices on skyscanner is different and once you actual go for booking the ticket prices is different and always increase with big amount Agent Airlines should have honesty and transparent in pricing method

All the infrastructure for the trip wasn t very clear and the I didn t know which air port I will land or which terminal or anything

I am writing this review in response to Skyscanner s request I hope Skyscanner takes this feedback into consideration to improve its algorithms and avoid such issues in the future On 29th November 2024 I searched for tickets from Dubai to Kochi on Skyscanner Most of the options displayed included a hidden convenience fee that only appeared at the final booking stage If this fee were consistent across all platforms it would still allow for meaningful comparisons However unfortunately the fee varied between different booking sites making it challenging to choose effectively I ultimately selected Opodo com based on the price and timings that suited me I completed the booking made the payment and the amount was deducted from my card I received an email from Opodo confirming that they had received my payment and that my ticket was under processing but not yet confirmed Assuming this was a standard process I expected the ticket to be issued shortly The next day I received a call from Opodo stating that the tickets were no longer available at the rate I booked The closest alternative they offered was with a 12-hour layover arriving a day later than my planned schedule Frustrated I asked for more options even with a 10 increase in fare but the alternatives provided still included long stopovers and did not match my desired timings I had no choice but to cancel the booking and am now waiting for a refund Immediately after the call I searched for flights again Since my travel was planned during the holiday season prices had increased significantly and flights with convenient timings were no longer available This experience has been frustrating and I strongly urge Skyscanner to address the issue of hidden convenience fees and improve their partner site reliability to ensure users can trust the platform for seamless travel planning

Skyscanner should check better their partners We bought a ticket with Myholidays agency They didn t issue the ticket and suddenly I received a call from them saying the rates of airline company had raised and they could only issue the ticked if I pay 350 AED extra I refused and they gave the refund however they gave less than I spend with the tickets I saw some another bad reviews of Myholiday where people related the same story My sister were on the phone with the agent trying to sort out the issue and she said she heard in the background another agent talking on the phone saying the same thing to another customer possibly Skyscanner stop being partner of scam companies

For the first time using the website I found showing flight options with the prices from various booking agencies beneficial however these booking agencies are not keeping track of the sold-out tickets which are still published on their website I went to a few websites and I spent so much of my time because most of the selected prices were no longer available That being said I had an unfavorable customer experience Also I managed to book a ticket from one of the booking agencies after a few days I was told the selected paid seat was no longer available and given the wrong information to use my booking reference number on the airline website to select the seat but the booking reference can t be recognized for it is with 3rd party booking agency I recommend if this booking agency utilizes your website as the platform enhancing the customer experience is a must if it has generated sales
