Poor service

I reached you guys for booking but I did not receive proper service You should work on it

A once-satisfied customer now very disappointed

I have really enjoyed usin this service since moving to Asia and flying frequently However I recently booked a flight through Skyscanner They referred me to eDreams as the ticketing agent I have a separate review about eDreams on this site Short-hand is that they accepted most of my payment didn t provide a confirmation of the flights where payment was accepted they didn t respond to my emails and all their listed customer service phones are not in service eDreams presents to me as a fraud company As long as Skyscanner refers customers to eDreams I will not be one of them

My booking with Skyscanner recently has been very disappointed and let down truly angry at best

My booking with Skyscanner recently has hit a glitch which I am very upset My booking to SQ was re-directed to eDreams And the prompt continued to coerce to book quickly and then increase the price by another SGD 100 more This is not the end The confirmation did not stipulate clearly the booking is confirmed with SQ When I checked with SQ they did not confirm either that I am on the flight I was furious at the outcome from eDream who did not provide confirmation with SQ booking reference Later I released it s with a small print on the booking statement My ordeal is tested and I got really panicked and angry at the tardiness of your booking platform Truly disappointed and upset

My payment failed initially my fault when I tried to repeat it wouldn t pass through to my bank Tried several times then In frustration I booked through traveloka using their PayPal gateway without any problemd
