I booked a ticket with go to gate on skyscanner net but due to some reason I want to change my return date but go to gate don t respond or they hay customer care no I think it fake

Have I just been fleeced by Skyscammer

Just used Skyscanner as a search engine for flights from Mallorca to Alicante It flagged up some thro Trip com which my partner booked for 236 approx for 2 one hour flights NO booked seats included NO luggage At the same time I was looking at Kayak who fund the exact same flights for 103 thro Opodo MASSIVE DIFFERENCE I was too late to stop my partner booking now we find we can t get any refund at all if we cancel I feel we have been scammed here someone is making a huge profit from us Let the buyer beware I guess but I had previously trusted Skycanner Lesson learned but very upsetting

You need to stop supporting listing the most unbelievable scamming airline WizzAir they don t allow to check in online and then charge you astronomical prices at the airport I am not using your services till you listen 10000 people complaining about that shameless company Update they of course offer online check-in but their online check in option doesn t work

Utter chaos

Recently booked flights with them on a Ryanair service They do not have any commercial agreement to sell their flights Received an email from Ryanair to tell us this 12 hours before our flight and then have to go through a verification process to be able to travel which was extremely stressful as we were attending a funeral Also paid 30 for check in only to find out at Stansted that we not infact checked in Had to go through the whole process again coming home AVOID

Doesn t give you the hidden costs of baggage and seats

Unfortunately it doesn t show you the hidden charges of all the flight baggage and whether it includes a seat or not We ended up thinking we were buying the cheapest flight but spending nearly 700 more just to load a 20Kg bag each and book seats I m left wondering if there was a better option

I book from you to travel from antalya to erbil on8-12-2023 2 10 antalya airport to erbil via sabiha airport and you transfer this booking to mytrip web and i completed my booking and pay but they send to me ticket deference from my booking the ticket included antalya airport to Istanbul airport and must I transfer by my self to sabiha airport to go to erbil that mean more cost and effort to transfer from istanbul airport to sabiha airport I contact to them but they don t do anything to change without pay extra money SoCan you correct my booking with mytrip web

I recently booked my ticket with via com after Skyscanner recommended them on their website Little did I know I was entering 2 nightmares - dealing with via com and dealing with Neil and Anastasja from Skyscanner s customer support who before even reading my email decided to side with their travel agent Here s the story Via com auto-filled my passport issuer with the country I was booking the tickets from This has been confirmed by Skyscanners support Anastasja when she tried to prove I am wrong here Somehow she still managed to victim blame me for this mistake As a digital nomad of 10 years I booked hundreds of flights and never ever did I make any mistake up until now as the field was auto-filled and easy to overlook Just before I hit pay I noticed a price change at the last minute also not very obvious to people But after trying to book with airlines whose website kept freezing I decided to pay the extra charge just to get this sorted Via com didn t send a transactional email but a personal email with my ticket All this started to be super suspicious and this is when I decided to cancel the ticket and get a refund so I could book with a trustworthy provider I booked these tickets with a company card that I haven t used in months and only used twice before Within an hour of booking with Via com I started to receive emails to authorize the payments that I hadn t made Clearly these phishing attempts were coming from Via com I brought this up with Skyscanner too Skyscanner didn t listen at all I spent a week talking to Neil who ignored all my concerns and ignored my wish to cancel the flights Neil decided I was in the wrong and only believed Via com He thought Via com tried to fix my wrong nationality on the ticket and that s my only problem here Completely disregarding the rest I asked to speak to his supervisor and here is where entitled Anatasja comes in Not a supervisor by her email signature so clearly just a try to get rid of me by another basic worker No further communication from them possibly because I was 7 days before the travel had to buy another ticket as the first one still had wrong details on it spent a whole week dealing with this and ultimately lost my temper on the incompetency and lack of empathy from Skyscanner Beware of who you choose to book with I 100 trusted Skyscanner wouldn t work with scammers but here they are not caring at all for the people losing their money because their greed
