Slickdeals is full of garbage now

Absolute scam Sold me a 400 paper weight printer and refuse to help resolve in any way When i reach out they were nothing but grossly rude I contacted Brother directly and was told that this company IS NOT a reputable company and they will no longer cover warranty s of any products are purchased from them They also advised me that we paid 3X what we should have for it They offered ZERO resolution to the problem I will not let this go Nothing but a bunch of scamming FU TARDS

Slickdeals is full of garbage now The moderators owners are greedy and unhelpful Don t post on slickdeals They don t deserve free info Many of their pros work for the site and just post cheap amazon garbage for the affiliate percentage Slick deals sucks

Be very careful of the slickdeals

Promised 125 dollar bonus from Slickdeals directly They were advertising 125 additional bonus deposited via paypal after signup for Amex Blue Cash Credit Card I followed the steps and was approved They did not send me the bonus money I contacted them about this they requested a copy of the approval notice I complied sending their requested documentation back to them Further attempts to contact garner no response No money

Slickdeals More Like Shilldeals

Be very careful of the slickdeals browser plugins They show you cashback and later refuse as ineligible I made a purchase of 1700 at adorama and used slickdeals with activate cashback They recorded the click and classified it as ineligible When I asked why I did not get any cash back I was told that slickdeals does not have any promotions going on adorama Clearly the company pocketed all the referral bonuses and showed the middle finger to me For the last several years I have been using couponcabin and never had a single issue like this especially a 1700 purchase

Banned for no reason

Slickdeals used to be a great place to go and find deals that you may otherwise miss buy lately it seems Slickdeals has really become Shilldeals Staff often push 3rd party sellers to the point that the same seller could be promoted 8-9 times in just a few hours and we are talking about the same 3rd party sellers that Slickdeals staff specifically state goes against their rules unless it s staff posted of course New staff gain incredible reputation within the space of a week Frontpage Deals are often put there with inflated votes from SD staff and moderators As I said in the beginning Slickdeals is no more Welcome to Shilldeals where staff and moderators are worse than your cheesy car lot salesmen and get away with anything they want to regardless of the rules for others

Banned with no activity or info

Long-time member haven t posted anything on their forum in several months but was all of a sudden banned for no reason Went back through all my posts and nothing breaking rules or even negative It had to be a mistake but me emails have gone ignored Very strange

Like others have said I had an old account that I used very occasionally Then logged in and got a notice that I was banned No evidence that my account had been hacked or anything else No recent posts or activity Just a ban with no information or response from the site admins as to why Not a big deal just strange and perhaps representative of the site s professionalism

Biased Moderators

Like so many others posting here I ve been a SD member for over 15 years posting very rarely mostly checking stuff out and trying to be helpful to others then suddenly out of the blue they banned my account No explanations no warning nothing and I haven t posted anything for weeks Emailed asking why they did this but looks like they aren t going to bother to replyWell Screw them

Biased Moderators Posting deals on slickdeals is almost impossible as they dont even look at the posts you submit for approval They dont even reply back when questioned and post deals as they see fit Different rules for different deal posters

Terrible site ran by immature

This pathetic excuse for a company offered 5 back on ebay purchases I activated the extension and it said cashback activated but of course after spending 4200 on ebay they claimed I did not I sent screenshots of the extension saying it was still activated after paying but they did not care They got their money from ebay but did not give me the 100 I am owed
