Awful - Do not Use

I was using a design off this website for a marked presentation After a few days it said my file had been changed externally and I couldn t save a copy and my old one was corrupted The slides changed from lovely back grounds to boxes saying pictures couldn t be displayed with red crosses I tried copy and pasting it into a new file and it wouldn t let me save Not only was this was a massive waste of time editing it to my own personal taste and making each slide right for the content I also lost all my content and hard work which days to find write and create I m still not entirely sure why this has even happened other than assuming it is a falsely advertised website potential scam and wants your personal details for their own gain Would not recommend

I was automatically charged the annual

I was automatically charged the annual fee When I contacted them to have it canceled I couldn t cancel it myself and to have it refunded I haven t used it in almost a year they kept ignoring my emails that contained my account info and the last 4 digits of my card which is what they kept asking me for They told me they were the Freepik team even though their email was coming from support at slidesgo and in response to mine This still isn t resolved Do not give these people your credit card information unless you want a Kafkaesque experience

No educator discount difficult to cancel

I am an educator with an official institutional email address They enticed me to subscribe using the educator discount but then refused to apply the discount at checkout I expressed frustration and was unable to cancel I have now paid for two months of a service I don t use and I have requested support I will update this review if I am successful in getting the support I need but given my experience to date I would discourage others from using this service
